According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Reese Karter Chapman, 18, of Northcrest Drive was cited for criminal trespassing in the 100 block of Northcrest Drive at 7:01 a.m. Friday. The citation stemmed from a Sept. 12 incident in which a reporting person asked for Chapman to be removed from her home.
Richard Thomas Hay, 32, of Butternut Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 8:17 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 2:27 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a woman attempted to steal basketball trading cards valued at $319.92 and baseball trading cards valued at $49.98 from Meijer.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 100 block of Greenwood Blvd. at 2:48 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a grandmother reported her grandson was “being unruly.”
Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of W. Fifth Street at 4:02 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate “a female had her car vandalized by another female.” The rear driver’s side door was allegedly scratched.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 4:41 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Michael J. Mehmen, 43, of Hilliard and a juvenile driver that occurred on Scottslawn Road at 3:27 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Mehmen attempted to turn left out of the Scotts West Plant onto Scottslawn Road and turned “directly in front of” the juvenile driver. The left rear of his vehicle was struck. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Mehmen was cited for failure to yield the right of way when turning.
Victoria Lee Redden, 24, of Saddlehorn Way was cited for passing a stopped school bus in the 400 block of Triple Crown Way at 12:54 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Sept. 18 incident in which a bus driver reported a driver for passing their stop sign.
Sarah D. Roberts, 32, of Quail Hollow Drive was cited for passing a stopped school bus on Fawn Meadow Drive at 12:48 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from a Sept. 16 incident in which a bus driver reported an individual for passing their vehicle when the flashing lights were on.
Nicole Jeanine Pine, 43, of Magnetic Springs was cited for criminal trespassing in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 6:27 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a dispute complaint.
Mitchell Woodruff, 27, of Meadow View Drive was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs in the 1300 block of Forest Edge Drive at 10:55 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD was called in reference to an impaired driver.
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive at 12:40 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of E. Ninth Street at 12:50 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate MPD observed two suspicious vehicles at Eljer Park. As the MPD unit approached, “several individuals took off running.”
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 700 block of S. Walnut Street at 5:47 p.m. Saturday.
Police responded to a report of an accident involving a hit-skip driver that occurred on Square Drive at 11:41 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked in a marked parking spot in front of 16421 Square Drive when a hit-skip driver struck the rear of the vehicle and left without being identified. The scene was not reportedly on camera.
Presley Renee Hysell, 18, of Shade Street was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 6:36 p.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of drug abuse in the 1600 block of Cobblestone Way at 2:37 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate an individual reported a possible overdose. MPD arrived and located the individual along with a bag of an unknown “crystallized” substance believed to be amphetamines or methamphetamines.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 700 block of S. Walnut Street at 12:25 p.m. Sunday. The reporting person asked MPD to “check on one of their clients.”
Police responded to a report of theft in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 2:14 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate a male and female left Lowe’s “without paying for the items in the cart.”

A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Tiffani Jene Hunter, 37, of Marysville for a probation violation at 10:11 a.m. Friday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Main Street, in Magnetic Springs, for a person threatening self-harm at 10:43 a.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a dispute between neighbors at 12:23 p.m. Friday.
A deputy investigated the theft of mail from a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 at 3:04 p.m. Friday.
A deputy and the Marysville Police Department were dispatched to a business in the 16000 block of County Home Road to investigate a dispute between employees and a customer at 3:08 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 21000 block of Main Street, in Raymond, to investigate the theft of softener salt at 4:21 p.m. Friday.
A deputy was dispatched to the area of Route 161 and Eiterman Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that struck a 2019 Acura RDX at 5:53 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Richwood Police Department officer to take custody of Robert Gary Woods, 29, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:15 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Department officer to take custody of Richard Thomas Hay, 32, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:54 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Joint Fire District were dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Peoria Loop Road for a possible overdose at 1:34 a.m. Saturday. One person was transported to Memorial Health.
A deputy was dispatched to the intersection of Route 31 and Osborne Road to investigate a hit-skip property damage crash involving a Honda vehicle that was northbound on Route 31, failed to negotiate the curve at Osborne Road and struck a road sign and a mailbox at 9:48 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy investigated a hit-skip property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42 involving a 2014 Toyota Rav4 that was struck by tire debris thrown up by another vehicle that continued eastbound on U.S. 33 at 12:02 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Ketch Road to investigate a report of a person found deceased in the residence at 5:27 p.m. Saturday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 17000 block of Robinson Road to investigate a dispute between neighbors at 8:29 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a report of a runaway juvenile at 4:22 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Cottonwood Drive to investigate fraudulent accounts at 9:56 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 22000 block of Herd McIlroy Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a male and female at 1:08 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 4 to investigate the theft of a four-wheeler at 4:50 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 16000 block of Middleburg Plain City Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a father and juvenile daughter at 8:53 p.m. Sunday. The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Central Ohio Youth Center.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Troopers responded to the scene of an injury crash involving Wilford Martin, 62, of Lima and Tina Thomas, 56, of Lima that occurred on U.S. 33 at approximately 4 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate Martin was driving a three-wheeled 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle eastbound when a rear tire blew. He lost control of the motorcycles, traveled through the median, across the westbound lanes and overturned “numerous times” before coming to rest in a ditch. Both individuals were transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital with “serious injuries.” Alcohol is not suspected to be a factor in the crash. Neither rider was wearing a helmet.
