Phillip Charles McGlaughlin, 29, of Shirk Road was arrested for driving under suspension in the 100 block of North Cherry Street at 1:11 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 600 block of Poplar Street at 1:10 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the complainant reported a vehicle stolen off his mother’s property.
Police responded to a report of criminal damaging/endangering in the 800 block of North Maple Street at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a student reported that his vehicle was damaged by an unknown person. It appeared to the complainant that the vehicle was keyed.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 900 block of London Avenue at 12:08 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate an elderly female reported an unknown male entered her yard and started a small fire using leaves.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate two black males entered the AT&T store and one distracted the clerk while the other took an iPhone from the display case and left the store.
Police responded to a report of lost property in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a suicide threat in the 800 block of West Fifth Street at 4:25 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies responded to a residence in the 22000 block of Route 161 to investigate a report of an attempted theft of a Polaris RZR ATV at 12:17 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Division of Fire and the Leesburg Township Fire Department responded to the area of Route 4 and Wolford Maskill Road to investigate a report of a 1999 Ford F-250 truck that left the roadway and struck a ditch at 6:54 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, Graham A. Muchow, 18, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of David R. Craig, 31, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:42 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy went to the 10000 block of Laguna Circle to investigate a report of a hit skip property damage crash involving a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 that struck a cement truck at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Ohio Reformatory for Women to take custody of Courtney J. Mahoney, 22, of Painesville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10 a.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy met with a resident from the 11000 block of U.S. 36 in reference to possible fraud at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office in the 18000 block of Route 4 to take custody of James A. Beswick, 37, of Marysville for a bond violation at 11:19 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Juvenile Probation Office in the 18000 block of Route 4 to investigate a report of drugs located in the possession of a juvenile at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a report of a dispute between neighbors at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Connor Road to investigate a report of two canines that had attacked a cat at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Middleburg-Plain City Road to investigate a report of a dispute between friends at 10:54 p.m.
