Police investigated a case of disorderly conduct on West Fifth Street Thursday at 11:30 a.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy investigated the theft of checks that were taken from a residence in the 15000 block of Macklin Road Thursday at 7:40 a.m.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Currier Road for a vehicle fire involving a Ford F-250 Thursday at 10:08 a.m. There was another report of a vehicle fire later at 10:14 a.m. on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42. The Sheriff’s Office did not respond by press time for more information.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 11000 block of Hinton Mill Road for an injury crash involving a 200 Honda Accord that lost control, drove off the road and struck a utility pole Thursday at 12:43 p.m. One victim was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Scioto Road for a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter Thursday at 3:07 p.m. After further investigation, Rebekah E. Perley, 38, of Dublin, was arrested for domestic violence and taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated the theft of an engagement ring that was taken from a residence in the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway Thursday at 3:19 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Titus Road to investigate a possible suicide threat Thursday at 4:27 p.m.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police officer to take custody of Erika A. Fowler, 34, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant Thursday at 4:52 p.m. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 161, a deputy arrested Branden L. Combs, 37, of Marysville, for an outstanding warrant form the Hilliard Police Department Thursday at 7:09 p.m. Combs was turned over to a Hilliard Police officer. A passenger in the vehicle, Michael W. Wampler, 49, of Unionville Center, was also arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 for a person threatening self-harm Thursday at 11:59 p.m. The person was taken to Memorial Hospital.
