Amy Holle, 45, of Watermill Place was arrested for having physical control of a vehicle while under the influence in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 12:53 a.m. Monday.
Adam Mackenzie Bowen, 29, of Columbus was arrested in the 500 block of East Fourth Street at 6:59 p.m. Monday for failure to appear.
Phillip Taylor, 45, of Martinez, Georgia was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 9:07 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street at 8:48 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a wallet was found at the listed location.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses, including unruly, curfew, etc. in the 14000 block of Route 4 at 10:51 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate an unruly student was reported at school.
Police responded to a report of recovered stolen property in the 600 block of Allenby Drive at 1:41 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate officers responded to a dispute and a stolen firearm was recovered.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Short Street in Milford Center of investigate a missing person at 12:51 a.m. Monday. The person was later found in Wyandot County and a report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a construction site in the 11000 block of Orchid Hill Drive to investigate the theft of a mortar mixer at 8:02 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department responded to the 23000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado that drove off the road and into a pond at 8:11 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Magnetic Springs resident to investigate threatening statements made on a social media website at 8:49 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on Sept. 27, 2019 on the U.S. 33 westbound exit ramp to U.S. 42 at 11:50 a.m. Monday. The crash involved a 2006 GMC Savanna that struck the back of a 2011 Ford Focus.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Neel Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado that was struck from behind by a 2009 Honda Civic at 1:01 p.m. Monday. The driver of the Honda, Jacob T. Florio, 18, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy responded to the roundabout at Eiterman Road and Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2006 Toyota Corolla that was struck by a 2014 Toyota Tacoma at 3:51 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Route 47 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
