According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Kyle Baker, 23, of Grove Street was arrested for burglary in the 1250 block of W. Fifth Street at 12:57 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a Sept. 28 incident on W. Ninth Street.
Shane M. Walters, 40, of U.S. 36 was cited for speeding and a non-compliance suspension in the 1000 block of N. Main Street at 5:22 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 400 block of E. Ninth Street at 8:43 a.m. Monday. The reporting person advised he received text messages from an unknown person.
Police responded to a report of recovered property in the 500 block of Mill Wood Blvd. at 11:11 a.m. Monday. The reporting person found a cell phone inside a tub that was found in the trash.

Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 20000 block of Springdale Road for a vehicle fire involving a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer at 3:17 a.m. Friday.
A deputy went to the Richland Correctional Institution to take custody of Daniel J. Adkins, 36, of Mansfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:25 a.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy took custody of Shana M. Potter, 41, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant when she turned herself in at the Sheriff’s Office at 10:02 a.m. Friday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Sycamore Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11 a.m. Friday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy investigated identity theft involving a victim from the 13000 block of Robinson Road and an attempt to obtain a fraudulent business loan at 11:04 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Lane M. Allen, 29, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:35 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road for an unruly juvenile at 2:55 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Robert M. Miller, 31, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:53 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road involving a 2018 Toyota Camry that was struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene at 4:25 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 33000 block of Fields Road for a domestic dispute between a brother and a sister at 5:16 p.m. Friday. One person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near U.S. 42, a deputy arrest Jamon K. Merrida, 20, of Marysville for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 5:54 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 for an unruly juvenile at 2:11 a.m. Saturday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 for an overdose at 11:24 a.m. Saturday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 3:37 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy went to Memorial Hospital to take custody of Edward L. Shaw, 45, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:22 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to Bethlehem Claibourne Road west of Route 37 for an injury crash involving a 2018 Toyota Tacoma that drove off the road, struck a guardrail and then a tree at 8:13 p.m. Saturday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Dakotah C. Lynn, 26, of Prospect for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:42 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 5000 block of Gordon Way for an unruly juvenile at 11:01 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on North Main Street in Marysville, a deputy arrested Alexander S. Lakeman, 45, of Marysville for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 1:45 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy investigated a dispute over fuel that was purchased at a business in the 23000 block of Route 4 at 7:46 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District responded to a residence in the 28000 block of Kinney Pike for an unresponsive person with CPR in progress at 7:50 a.m. Sunday. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy assisted Richwood Police Officers with an assault that occurred at a residence in the 100 block of South Franklin Street at 9:24 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 22000 block of Route 739 to investigate a harassment complaint at 2:23 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies responded to the intersection of Paver Barnes Road and Shirk Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1994 Ford Ranger that lost control, drove off the road and into a farm field at 4:33 p.m. Sunday. The driver, Derek I. Grauman, 18, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was dispatched to a Village Building on West Center Street in Milford Center to investigate damage to a window of an entry way door that was caused by a brick at 7:40 p.m. Sunday.
