Anne Devine, 61, of W. Sixth Street was cited for driving while under the influence of alcohol and an open container of liquor in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 8:04 p.m. Tuesday.
Rochelle Tucker, 36, of North Lewisburg was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of Columbus Avenue at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue in the 1500 block of Meadowlark Lane at 2:36 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a dispute in the 800 block of W. Fifth Street at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a female reported issues with her estranged husband.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 100 block of Aspen Drive at 9:57 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of telecommunication harassment in the 15700 block of U.S. 36 at 10:02 p.m. Tuesday.

Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near Poling Road for an injury crash involving a 2005 Ford Taurus that struck the back of a 2013 Nissan Altima at 3:24 a.m. Monday. Two victims were transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a business in the 8000 block of Corporate Boulevard to investigate a break-in where mowers, weed eaters, hand tools, snow blowers, backpack blowers, landscaping tools and an enclosed trailer were stolen at 7:59 a.m. Monday.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to a property damage crash in the 18000 block of Route 347 involving a 2006 Kenworth truck and a Chevrolet 1500 truck at 8:55 a.m. Monday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy responded to the 16000 block of Springdale Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 1999 Dodge Ram that lost control, drove off the road and struck several trees at 10:04 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to the 7000 block of Trailview Drive to investigate a vehicle break-in where several credit cards were stolen at 10:13 a.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 18000 block of Easton Road to investigate a threatening message received on a social media application at 10:59 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 16000 block of Harmon Patrick Road to investigate a dispute over the ownership of a vehicle at 12:51 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 19000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a loose dog that attacked a neighbor’s dog at 3:05 p.m. Monday. After further investigation, Randy A. Bruce, 29, of Marysville was charged with failure to keep a dog physically confined or restrained.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to the 19000 block of Route 4 for a property damage crash involving a 2005 Honda CR-V that was struck from behind by a 2015 Honda CR-V at 3:16 p.m. Monday.
Deputies went to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 347 to arrest Tiffany A. Combs, 39, of Delaware for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:06 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to a property in the 16000 block of Hillview Road to investigate damage to a 2005 Ford Mustang at 7:47 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Sandusky Road to investigate the theft of a paint sprayer, a power washer, a circular saw, an air compressor, a delivered package and a rug at 9:37 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on West Center Street in Milford Center to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend at 9:41 p.m. Monday. The parties were separated.
A deputy went to the Delaware County Jail to take custody of Alison R. Lopez, 38, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:13 a.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy took custody of Timothy G. Ferguson Jr., 39, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant after turning himself in at the Union County Sheriff’s Office at 10:52 a.m. Tuesday. He was released after posting bond.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on South Main Street in Magnetic Springs for a person having a mental health crisis at 1:59 p.m. Tuesday. The person was transported to Maryhaven.
A deputy investigated a report of domestic violence between an ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend that occurred at a residence in the 13000 block of Leeper Perkins Road at 4:03 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Joint Fire and EMS District responded to the 33000 block of Route 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2002 Honda Civic at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday. The vehicle lost control, drove off the roadway and rolled over. The occupants fled the scene prior to the unit’s arrival.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. 36 for a custody dispute at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9500 block of Harriott Road to investigate the theft of fuel at 7:06 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 25000 block of Storms Road to investigate threatening text messages that were received at 8:08 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer to take custody of Rochelle L. Tucker, 36 of North Lewisburg for an outstanding arrest warrant at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
