According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Joseph R. Boerger, 40, of Ash Street was cited for domestic violence in the 400 block of Ash Street at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the citation stemmed from an incident in which MPD was called to the scene of a dispute.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 300 block of Buerger Street at 1:29 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate MPD suspected a case of elder abuse.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses in the 1600 block of Millington Way at 3:19 p.m. Tuesday. The complainant stated that she dropped her step-daughter off at work, but she left work and went to an unknown location.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department were sent to a residence in the 29000 block of January Road for a report of a possible overdose at 7:04 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 20000 block of Barker Road to investigate a theft of tools at 10:25 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 8600 block of Memorial Drive to investigate a theft of tools and construction equipment from a construction trailer at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Officer to take custody of Jennifer A. Blackstone, 36, of Raymond for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Marysville Police Department where she was released after posting bond.
A deputy went to a residence in the 1000 block of Route 736 to investigate a possible stalking complaint at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department, Norther Union County Joint Fire and EMS District, Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Union County Emergency Management Agency responded to Route 47 near January Road to investigate an injury crash involving a 2004 Mack semi-tractor with a trailer that lost control in a curve and overturned at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday. The roadway was closed for several hours.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9300 block of Redan Court to investigate a report of domestic violence that occurred between a husband and a wife at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday. The parties were separated.
A deputy went to a residence in the 20000 block of Route 47 to investigate a dispute between a landlord and a tenant at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to Easton Road near Leeper Perkins Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Kia Soul that struck a deer at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of Route 38 for a person having a mental health crisis at 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. The person was transported to Maryhaven for evaluation.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a domestic dispute that occurred between a boyfriend and a girlfriend at a residence in the 200 block of Grove Street in Richwood at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday.
