According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 400 block of E. Fifth Street at 12:55 p.m. Thursday. Reports indicate the complainant advised she received unwanted letters and emails from her ex-husband.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a Westerville Police Officer to take custody of Matthew C. Phipps, 29, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:14 a.m. Thursday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to Allen Center Road near Honda Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Ford Explorer that struck a deer at 7:28 a.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on West State Street in Milford Center to investigate a dispute over a vehicle at 10:35 a.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Anthony W. Nelson, 47, of Marion for a probation violation at 11:01 a.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a resident from the 15000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate internet harassment at 1:10 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Robert J. Keelen, 39, of Marysville for a bond violation at 4:25 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Delaware County deputy to take custody of Paul K. Lewis, 64, of Gahanna for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:42 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on Moore Road near Route 31, a deputy arrested Emily N. Titus, 29, of Marysville for operating a vehicle under the influence at 11:07 p.m. Thursday. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
