Tiffani Jean Hunter, 35, of Bellefontaine was arrested for a probation violation in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 1:44 p.m. Monday.
Zachary John Paige, 27, of Clovernoll Court was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 700 block of S. Plum Street at 10:18 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate Paige violated his probation by using cocaine and meth. Paige will be taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail and will contact his probation officer.
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Grand Avenue at 1:49 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue at 10:02 p.m. Monday.

A deputy went to the Marysville Police Department to take custody of Tiffani J. Hunter, 35, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:06 a.m. Monday.
Deputies responded to Route 4 near Amrine Wood Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Kia Sorento that was struck from behind by a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at 7:25 a.m. Monday. The driver of the Hyundai, Tyler W. Jones, 27, of Prospect was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy investigated prescription medication that was found in the possession of a prisoner at 8:53 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was dispatched to the 9700 block of Industrial Parkway to take possession of counterfeit money that was found discarded along the roadway at 9:52 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 29000 block of Hoover Moffitt Road for a dispute between an employer and ex-employees over a vehicle at 11:46 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Clark County Jail to take custody of Robert O. Edwards, 59, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:13 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 161 near Route 38, deputies arrested Christopher M. Hawkins, 23, of Chicago, Illinois for an outstanding arrest warrant from Champaign County at 1:12 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Multi-County Jail in Marion to take custody of Sylina M. Clark, 39, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant at 3:14 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and Route 736 for an injury crash involving a 2001 Toyota 4-Runner that was struck from behind by a 2012 Honda Accord, which was then pushed into a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe at 5:46 p.m. Monday. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital. The driver of the Honda, Mckenna J. Cordle, 23, of Plain City, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy responded to Route 4 north of Macklin Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Honda CR-V that struck a deer at 7:53 p.m. Monday.
