According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 100 block of Woodcrest Drive at 9:31 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the complaint surrounded allegations of fraudulent activity.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Nicholas D. Serafini, 28, of Glen Oaks Drive that occurred on Fox Fire Drive at Doral Court at 9:02 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Serafini was traveling southwest on Fox Fire Drive. Just after passing the intersection of Doral Court, Serafini struck a parked vehicle. He indicated his windshield was fogged and he was having trouble seeing out of it. The vehicle had not warmed up enough to defog the windshield. No injuries were reported and Serafini was cited for failure to control.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Deborah Graham, 68, of North Lewisburg and Daniel Snyder, 60, of U.S. 36 that occurred on Delaware Avenue at Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Graham made a right turn on red to head eastbound on Delaware Avenue from Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. Snyder turned right on a green arrow from Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. to head eastbound on Delaware Ave. Graham then merged into the left land, already occupied by Snyder and struck his vehicle. No injuries were reported and Graham was cited for failure to use signals before changing lanes.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Johnan M. Goertz, 44, of Hinton Mill Road and Vicki L. Stover, 58, of North Lewisburg that occurred on E. Fifth Street at Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Goertz was in the right turn lane of E. Fifth Street at the intersection with Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. Stover was behind Goertz when Goertz backed up so he could get into the straight/left turn lane and struck Stover’s vehicle. No injuries were reported and Goertz was cited for starting and backing.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a 16-year-old and Victoria L. Carvour, 49, of Oxford Drive that occurred on N. Maple Street at Amrine Mill Road at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Carvour was traveling north on N. Maple Street and the juvenile was directly behind her. Carvour slowed with traffic and the juvenile struck the rear of Carvour’s vehicle. Reports indicate the juvenile driver was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe that struck a deer at 6:29 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Honda Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2017 Jeep Compass that struck a deer at 7:25 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs for a person threatening self-harm at 10:21 a.m. Monday. The person was transported to Maryhaven for evaluation.
A deputy went to the Union County Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Kangol K. M. Odo, 48, of Marysville for a bond violation at 10:24 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a resident from the 18000 block of Allen Center Road to investigate harassing text messages at 10:41 a.m. Monday.
A deputy investigated an unruly juvenile complaint that occurred at a residence in the 16000 block of Boundary Road at 11:14 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Route 245 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2005 Ford Explorer that drove off the road, struck a walled fence and then drove through a yard before leaving the scene at 12:02 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Officer to take custody of Alicia K. Hornsby, 37, of Dublin for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:46 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department and the Concord Township Fire Department responded to the 11000 block of U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2006 Jeep Liberty at 2:57 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 10000 block of U.S. 42 to resolve a custody dispute at 6:06 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Westerville Police Officer to take custody of Matthew C. Phipps, 29, of Westerville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:34 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies assisted the Dublin Police Department in an attempt to locate a person having a mental health crisis in the area of U.S. 33 and Route 161 at 9:44 p.m. Monday. Dublin Police handled the investigation.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Poling Road to investigate a dispute between a male and a female at 10:45 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a Gahanna Police Officer to take custody of Augustus J.A. Sessley, 28, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:28 p.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 Toyota Corolla that struck a deer at 5:16 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to the 14000 block of Weaver Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda Clarity that struck a dog at 6:11 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Montgomery Drive to investigate a theft offense involving an employee at 12:13 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy went to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to take custody of Mandy M. Halterman, 43, of Columbus for a bond violation at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence on East Center Street in Milford Center to investigate a cat that was killed by a dog that was running loose at 6:33 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Northwest Parkway to investigate a possible missing person at 8:03 p.m. Tuesday.
