According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of breaking and entering in the “construction site across from Benny’s Pizza” at 6:37 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a theft from a storage container was reported.
Police responded to a report of forgery in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive at 11:40 a.m. Tuesday. The subject reported they were scammed out of $250 via a phone call.
Police responded to a report of an individual passing bad checks in the 400 block of Linden Street at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a 55-inch TCL Roku TV was stolen from Walmart.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Mikhaila Jade Lucas, 21, of Cridersville and Pamela Lynn Marshall, 72, of Raymond that occurred on West Fifth Street at Raymond Road at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate Lucas was traveling westbound on West Fifth Street, approaching the Raymond Road intersection. Marshall was on Raymond Road, preparing to make a left turn to drive east on West Fifth Street. The traffic light was red for Lucas. Marshall had a green arrow to make a left turn. Lucas ran the red light and struck Marshall’s vehicle on the driver’s side. Neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. A passenger was transported by squad as a result of a diabetic issue, not due to the crash. Lucas was cited for obedience to traffic signals.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Brian E. Mullins, 40, of Nashport and Leanthony M. Robertson, 26, of Columbus for outstanding arrest warrants at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday. They were both transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Lake Erie Correctional Institute to take custody of Roger A. Madison, 53, of Cleveland for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:56 a.m. Tuesday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was dispatched to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to investigate a person on probation who had tampered with their ankle monitor at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy was sent to the Adult Probation Office on Route 4 to investigate a probation violation at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the 9000 block of Watkins Road, a deputy seized drugs and drug paraphernalia from a vehicle at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy and units from the Allen Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Poling Road for a vehicle fire involving a Jeep Grand Cherokee at 4:46 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire District responded to the intersection of Route 736 and Hawn Road for a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck two traffic signs, two electrical junction boxes, a utility pole and then fled the scene at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. Electrical wires came down as a result of the crash and started a grass fire. Union Rural Electric was called to the scene.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 8000 block of Business Way to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Honda Odyssey that was struck by a 2019 Honda Odyssey at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Allen Township Fire Department responded to U.S. 33 near Holy Cross Epps Road for an injury crash at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
A deputy met with a Richwood Police Department officer to take custody of Christopher R. Wilson, 43, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:13 p.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department and released after posting a bond.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado that struck a deer on Route 31 near Richwood Miller Road at 6:38 p.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Brock Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2008 Honda Ridgeline that struck a deer at 8:33 p.m. Tuesday.
