According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Officers investigated abuse of marijuana Wednesday at 2:38 p.m.
Austin Miller, 23, of Poplar Street, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday at 5:15 p.m.
James M. Legge, 45, of Columbus, was arrested for driving without paying reinstatement fees, fictitious plates and failure to appear in court Wednesday at 12:26 p.m.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 37 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2003 Honda Accord that lost control, drove off the left side of the road and into a ditch Wednesday at 2:37 a.m.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 15000 block of Gandy Eddy Road for a person experiencing a mental health crisis Wednesday at 7:54 a.m.
As a result of a traffic stop on Route 38 near Route 161, a deputy charged Joel A. Davis, 35, of London, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension Wednesday at 8:10 a.m.
A deputy went to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Mason R. Fox, 20, of Rushsylvania, for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 9:09 a.m. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy arrested Jeff A. Watson, 39, of Columbus, when he turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office for an outstanding arrest warrant Wednesday at 12:12 p.m.
Deputies and units from the Liberty Township Fire Department and the Northern Union County Fire and EMS district responded to a residence in the 30000 block of Route 31 for an unresponsive person Wednesday at 2:26 p.m. The person was taken to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies were sent to a residence on South Mill Street in Milford Center for a burglary in progress Wednesday at 3:35 p.m. After further investigation, Johnna A. Carter, 21, of Milford Center, was arrested for burglary, possession of drug abuse instruments, and obstructing official business. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Oxford Drive for a person experiencing a mental health crisis Wednesday at 10:35 p.m. The person was taken to Memorial Hospital.
