According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Kyle M. Wiseman, 27, of Columbus was arrested for an FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:40 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the Wiseman was present in court for driving under suspension on Monday, but the case was also arraigned at the time.
Police responded to a report of criminal trespassing in the 400 block of Wind Mill Drive at 2:26 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate a reporting person who made a juvenile complaint led officers to discover vehicles that were entered.
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Apple Drive at 6:13 a.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of Wind Mill Drive at 3:36 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the vehicle owner reported her car was broken into.
Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 3:55 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a complainant reported graffiti.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Brittiani Robinson, 33, of W. Third Street and Donna Thompson, 50, of Edgewater Lane on N. Maple Street at Amrine Mill Road at 8:03 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate both units were traveling northbound on N. Maple Street when Robinson rear-ended Thompson’s vehicle. Neither driver was injured and reports indicate no citations were issued at the time of the report.

A deputy investigated a property damage crash involving a 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo that struck a deer on Middleburg-Plain City Road near Streng Road at 8:24 a.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Jerome Road and Ryan Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Ford Escape that was struck from behind by a 2018 BMW X5 at 8:47 a.m. Friday. The driver of the BMW, Whitney N. Kenyon, 29, of Plain City was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Angela K. Ray, 36, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 9:31 a.m. Friday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a resident from the 15000 block of Hillview Road to investigate an attempted fraud and identity theft at 12:59 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 17000 block of Route 161 to investigate a domestic dispute between a boyfriend and a girlfriend at 1:09 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 23000 block of East Street in Broadway to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and a daughter at 1:39 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Mitchell-Dewitt Road and Industrial Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Mercedes-Benz GL that was struck from behind by a 2007 GMC Yukon at 5:13 p.m. Friday. The driver of the GMC, Kerry M. Bean, 54, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 22000 block of Benton Road to investigate the theft of hair that was cut off a horses’ mane and tail at 5:23 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. Route 33 near the rest area, a deputy charged Tyler J. Jutte, 28, of Fort Recovery with having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle at 8:04 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 14000 block of Maple Ridge Road for a dispute between two roommates at 10:53 p.m. Friday. The parties were separated.
A deputy and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department, the Washington Township Fire Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near the Route 161 overpass for an injury crash involving a 2015 Acura ILX. The State Patrol investigated the crash.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 36 near Delaware County Line Road, a deputy arrested Lee N. Newhart, 36, of Delaware for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 3:14 a.m. Saturday. He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. He was transported the Sheriff’s office.
A deputy assisted the Plain City Police Department with a dispute between roommates at a residence in the 200 block of North Chillicothe Street at 8:23 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy assisted a Plain City Police Officer with a domestic dispute at a residence in the 400 block of Fairfield Drive at 8:27 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence on Reed Street in Milford Center to investigate a dog bite at 2:21 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 42 near U.S. 33 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2010 Honda CRV that struck a 2011 Honda Odyssey at 4:11 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy responded to the 9000 block of U.S. 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove left of center, off the road, into a yard, damaged the yard, a light fixture, trees and a 1996 GMC Sierra at 10:09 p.m. Saturday. The vehicle fled the scene.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a property damage crash on U.S. 33 near Mitchell-Dewitt Road involving a 2015 Ford Mustang that struck a deer at 3:47 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 22000 block of Northwest Parkway for an unresponsive person at 5:43 a.m. Sunday. The person was pronounced deceased and the Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Fladt Road to investigate the theft of services involving a contractor at 10:45 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 9000 block of Route 736 to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that struck a mailbox and then fled the scene at 1:24 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 9000 block of Santa Clara Circle to investigate damage to several driveway lights at 3:29 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to Harmon Patrick Road near Kinney Pike to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2011 GMC Acadia that struck a deer at 7:32 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Route 42 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Toyota RAV 4 that struck a deer at 6:47 a.m. Monday.
A deputy and the Union County Dog Warden were sent to a property in the 17000 block of Brown School Road to investigate a dog that had bitten a horse at 8:12 a.m. Monday.
A deputy responded to the 26000 block of Route 739 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Honda CR-V that struck a deer at 9:29 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a residence in the 18000 block of Easton Road for an attempted suicide at 1:06 p.m. Monday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
