According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to a report of theft from a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Professional Parkway at 3:04 a.m. Tuesday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 700 block of Amrine Mill Road at 8:39 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate a mother reported her daughter was assaulted on the school bus by the transportation director. After police watched video footage from the bus, it was determined that no assault took place.
Police responded to a report of identity theft in the 800 block of Millcrest Drive at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the 17000 block of Route 347 for a possible property damage crash involving a 1994 GMC van that drove off the road and into a ditch at 12:17 a.m. Tuesday. After further investigation, units from the Liberty Township Fire Department were called to the scene for the driver that was experiencing a mental health crisis. The driver was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Quantez M. Alexander, 24, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:47 a.m. Tuesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to the intersection of U.S. 42 and U.S. 33 for an injury crash involving a 2015 Hyundai Veloster that was struck by an unknown semi-truck that left the scene. One victim was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy investigated a property damage crash that occurred in the 23000 block of Route 31 involving a semi-truck that struck a deer and left the scene.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 21000 block of Route 739 for an unruly juvenile at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday.
A deputy responded to Ravenhill Parkway near Smoketree Drive for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Dodge Ram that drove off the road, into a ditch and struck a catch basin at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday. The driver, Cody M. Murphy, 22, of Galion was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 21000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate the possible theft of a video game console and two cats at 11:46 a.m. Tuesday.
Deputies investigated an assault that occurred at a residence on Greenfield Drive in Milford Center at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital.
A deputy met with a resident from the 30000 block of Route 31 to investigate a scam involving the theft of $2,000 in Wal-Mart gift cards at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday.
