Bryson Andrew Gruber, 28, of Marion was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 100 block of S. Main Street at 5:10 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to juvenile offenses, including unruly, curfew, etc. in the 14000 block of Route 4 at 9:56 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate a reporting person reported an unruly student.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 100 block of Sumac Drive at 4:05 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate police were called to Countryside Estates in reference to a dispute.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 200 block of W. Seventh Street at 5:16 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a subject received unwanted calls and an unwanted encounter from an acquaintance at a place of work.
Police responded to a suicide threat at 7:18 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a dispute in the 17000 block of Route 31 at 10:13 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate MPD responded to McDonald’s in reference to a dispute over Apple Airpods.
Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses, including unruly, curfew, etc. in the 200 block of Woodcrest Drive at 11:01 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate a caller reported her 16-year-old daughter left home without permission. She was located and her mother requested to pick her up.
Police responded the scene of an accident involving Aedan Worsham, 19, of Arlington, Texas and a juvenile that occurred on Route 31 at Millwood Blvd at 3:17 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Worsham was driving northbound on U.S. 31 and the juvenile was making a right turn from Millwood Blvd. to U.S. 31. Worsham made a U-turn at the intersection from the left turn lane, facing northbound, and struck the juvenile’s vehicle. No injuries were reported and Worsham was cited for making a U-turn in a restricted area.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Marcia B. Dunbar, 66, of Westbrook Drive and Margaret L. Walling, 66, of Springfield that occurred on Route 4 at Scott Farms Blvd. at 8:47 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Dunbar was on Scott Farms Blvd. at a stop sign at the intersection with Route 4. Dunbar was waiting to turn left onto Route 4 northbound. Walling was traveling northbound on Route 4. Dunbar indicated she thought the intersection was clear so she moved into the intersection. Dunbar then struck Walling’s vehicle in the passenger side. Reports indicate neither driver experienced any apparent injuries. Dunbar was cited for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving Dustin T. Balzer,35, of Richwood, Kara Bc George, 32, of Grand Avenue and Brenda J. Cushman, 77, of Cottonwood Drive that occurred on E. Fifth Street at Delaware Avenue at 7:39 p.m. Friday. Reports indicate Balzer and George were stopped for the traffic signal at E. Fifth Street and Delaware Avenue facing west. Cushman struck George’s vehicle from behind and George subsequently struck Balzer’s vehicle from behind. Reports indicate no driver experienced any apparent injuries. Reports indicate Cushman was at fault and a failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead citation will be served later.
Michael Caparino, 50, of Milford Center was arrested for assault – knowingly harming the victim and menacing in the 23000 block of Woodstock Road at 5:42 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate charges stemmed from an incident report in which MPD responded to a fight in the 200 block of S. Plum Street.
Police responded to the scene of an accident involving a juvenile and Peter Szabo, 26, of Watkins Glen Blvd. on Delaware Avenue at U.S. 33 at 6:34 p.m. Saturday. Reports indicate the juvenile turned left from Delaware Avenue to the U.S. 33 on-ramp. Szabo was traveling westbound on Delaware Avenue and had a green light. The juvenile turned in front of Szabo and he struck her vehicle. Reports indicate the juvenile turned in front of multiple cars. Reports indicate the juvenile experienced possible injuries and was transported by the Marysville Division of Fire to Memorial Health. The juvenile was cited for failure to yield the right of way when turning.
Martin T. Holter, 46, of Columbus was arrested for theft – shoplifting in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 10:31 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the arrests stemmed from a report that males stole power tools from Lowe’s on two different occasions.
Christopher J. Zoller, 36, of Columbus was arrested for theft – shoplifting in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 10:56 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate the arrests stemmed from a report that males stole power tools from Lowe’s on two different occasions.
Raymond Couch, 47, of W. Seventh Street was arrested in the 300 block of E. Fifth Street at 8:11 a.m. Sunday for failure to appear in court.
Police responded to a suicide threat in the 1600 block of Bay Laurel Drive at 12:41 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to a report of suspicious conditions in the 1800 block of Creekview Drive at 11:34 a.m. Sunday. Reports indicate children reported a suspicious vehicle near Mill Valley schools.
Police responded to a report of menacing and theft from a motor vehicle in the 500 block of Meadows Drive at 2:47 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate that a reporting person indicated a money order had been taken from his vehicle and he later received threatening texts after suspicious circumstances over the night.

A deputy responded to the 30000 block of LeMasters Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2002 Honda Civic that struck a deer at 7:26 a.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 17000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a dispute over money that was owed at 7:52 a.m. Friday.
Deputies stopped a 2003 Dodge Ram on Sandusky Road north of Route 347 for erratic driving at 8:53 a.m. Friday. After further investigation, the driver, Jacob D. Workman, 34, of Marion was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Police Department searched for a resident from the 33000 block of Winnemac Road who was threatening self-harm at 12:24 p.m. Friday. The person was located at Memorial Hospital and no report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Barbara Drive to investigate an email scam at 1:22 p.m. Friday.
A deputy met with a resident from May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a neighbor dispute involving all-terrain vehicles at 1:51 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Kia Forte and a 2008 Honda Accord at 2:53 p.m. Friday.
Deputies were sent to the Maskill Cemetery on Sandusky Road to investigate a menacing complaint at 5:45 p.m. Friday.
Deputies responded to the U.S. 33 westbound off ramp to Northwest Parkway to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2003 Ford Excursion that was struck by a 2012 Nissan Versa at 7:36 p.m. Friday. The driver of the Nissan, Brandon A. Burks, 22, of Reynoldsburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way when turning left.
Deputies went to a residence in the 15000 block of Valleyview Drive to arrest Shannon E. Alexander-Adams, 43, of Marysville for an outstanding warrant at 10:24 p.m. Friday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County Deputy met with a Franklin County Deputy to take custody of Jordan A. Muller, 28, of Canal Winchester for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:48 p.m. Friday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 25000 block of Route 4 to check a suspicious vehicle that had parked in a driveway at 11:49 p.m. Friday. The driver of the vehicle was found to be unresponsive and units from the Northern Union County Fire and EMS District were called to the scene. After further investigation, the driver, Connor J. Young, 21, of Richwood was charged with physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to Memorial Hospital.
Deputies assisted the Marysville Police Department with the arrest of Michael K. Capaniro, 51, of Marysville at a residence in the 23000 block of Woodstock Road at 2:47 a.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Marysville Police Department.
Deputies assisted officers from the Richwood Police Department with an overdose at a residence on North Franklin Street at 10:03 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 7000 block of Currier Road to investigate credit card fraud at 12:22 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies arrested Raymond L. Couch, 47, of Marysville for an outstanding warrant at a business on East Fifth Street at 1:31 p.m. Saturday. He was transferred to the custody of a Marysville Police Officer.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer to take custody of Tahl Benit, 42, of Sheffield Village for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:07 p.m. Saturday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a business in the 7000 block of Route 161 for two males arguing at the gas pumps at 3:44 p.m. Saturday. As a result of the investigation, Donald W. Roberts, 53, of Columbus and Wilfredo Santiago Jr., 44, of Plain City were charged with disorderly conduct.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to the 12000 block of Route 4 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2003 Toyota Camry that drove off the road, struck a fire hydrant and a traffic sign at 1:45 a.m. Sunday. The driver, Ashley R. Brickner, 30, of Marion was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Pleasant Street in Milford Center to check on a person possibly threatening self-harm at 8:55 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy arrested Kenneth R. Williams, 44, of Urbana for an outstanding warrant from Champaign County at 12:14 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 13000 block of U.S. Route 36 to check on a person possibly threatening self-harm at 3:18 p.m. Sunday.
