According to Marysville Police Department reports:
David R. Starling, 77, of Quail Hollow Drive was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 600 block of Quail Hollow Drive at 11:46 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of W. Fifth Street at 1:09 p.m. Monday. The reporting person advised that he left his wallet sitting on the counter at Sunrise Cleaner and when he went to retrieve it, it had been “taken (or) possibly stolen.”
Police responded to a report of domestic violence in the 600 block of Meadows Drive at 8:28 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of E. Eighth Street at 5:01 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a male stole from Dollar General.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Department officer to take custody of Anthony T. Hopkins, 49, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:24 a.m. Monday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Dublin Police Department officer to take custody of Seraphina L. Bailey, 48, of Powell for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:37 a.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Main Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a dispute between neighbors at 2:16 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7000 block of Industrial Parkway to investigate the theft of a 2006 Econoline Van at 4 a.m. Monday. The van was later recovered in the City of Dublin.
A deputy responded to U.S. 42 near Jerome Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2015 Ford Mustang that struck a deer at 5:21 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 17000 block of Waldo Road to investigate a break-in where money was stolen at 7:54 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to arrest Landon C. Keeran, 29, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant from the Columbus Police Department at 9:19 a.m. Monday. He was turned over to a CPD officer.
A deputy met with a resident from the 7000 block of Brown Road to investigate the theft and forgery of a check at 12:17 p.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 10000 block of Honeysuckle Way for a person threatening self-harm at 12:18 p.m. Monday. The person was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital.
A deputy responded to the 21000 block of Main Street in Raymond to investigate a property damage crash involving an unknown vehicle that drove off the road, struck a pedestrian and then left the scene at 6:50 p.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to a residence on Main Street in Unionville Center for a person experiencing a mental health crisis at 11:41 p.m. Saturday.
As a result of a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road, a deputy took possession of drugs that were found in the vehicle at 2:38 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to U.S. 33 near Beecher Gamble Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2014 Honda Civic that was struck by a 2015 Honda Pilot at 10:48 a.m. Sunday. The driver of the Honda Pilot, Jay W. Nichols, 59, was issued a traffic citation for failure to use due care when changing lanes.
A deputy assisted a Richwood Police Department officer with a domestic dispute at a residence on Pearl Street in Richwood.
A deputy was dispatched to a residence in the 20000 block of Liberty West Road to resolve a dispute between a homeowner and a satellite television company employee at 12:31 p.m. Sunday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Watkins Road near Watkins California Road, a deputy charged Jacob W. Strachan, 32, of Marysville with having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle at 1:14 p.m. Sunday.
A deputy met with a Hilliard Police Department officer to take custody of Casey C. McMurray, 39, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:24 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A Union County deputy met with a Franklin County deputy to take custody of Wesley A. Mason, 41, of Reynoldsburg for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:01 p.m. Sunday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of U.S. 36 to investigate a telecommunications harassment complaint involving unwanted phone calls at 7:18 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Union Township Fire Department responded to the 10000 block of Route 38 for an injury crash involving a 2016 Jeep Compass that drove off the road, struck a guardrail and a utility pole at 8:48 p.m. Sunday. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital. The driver, Eric J. Hanton, 39, of Detroit, Michigan was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
