According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Police responded to assist another agency in the 200 block of S. Vine Street at 12:32 a.m. Wednesday. The reporting person advised her door was broken.
Police responded to a report of menacing by stalking in the 15000 block of U.S. 36 at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday. The reporting person advised MPD of “unwanted contact by (a) male acquaintance.”
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A Union County deputy met with a Logan County deputy to take custody of Elijah J. Connelly, 19, of Waynesfield for an outstanding arrest warrant at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to the parking lot of a church in the 28000 block of January Road to investigate an apparent suicide at 6:08 a.m. Wednesday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Jacob P. Harp, 35, of Kenton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Jesse G. Kindle, 39, of Lima for an outstanding arrest warrant at 11:34 a.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to a residence in the 12000 block of U.S. 36 for a person found deceased in the residence at 11:37 a.m. Wednesday. The Union County Coroner was called to the scene.
Deputies and a Richwood Police Department officer were sent to a residence on George Street in Richwood to attempt to locate a vehicle that was involving in a pursuit in Hardin County at 11:46 a.m. Wednesday. As a result of the investigation, deputies arrested Ryan M. Chapman, 28, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was transported to the Marysville Municipal Court and released after posting a bond.
A deputy was dispatched to a park on Main Street in Broadway for unruly juveniles throwing trash out of a dumpster at 12:36 p.m. Wednesday.
A Union County deputy met with a Marion County deputy to take custody of Joshua T. Ruffing, 28, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:53 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy met with a Plain City Police Department officer to take custody of Kenneth O. Mounts, 70, of Plain City for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
