According to Marysville Police Department reports:
William Joliff, 64, of Marysville was arrested for aggravated menacing in the 700 block of Milcrest Drive at 9:40 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate Joliff was arrested for making threats against persons at the Monarch Skilled Nursing facility after the administrator insisted he was arrested and removed. Joliff experienced a medical incident at the Marysville Police Department. After being transferred, he was uncooperative with Memorial Health staff and subsequently transferred to Ohio State.
Shelby Luetta McCullogh, 25, of Urbana was arrested for driving under financial responsibility law suspension and fictitious plates on Fifth Street at 3:57 a.m. Friday.
Deloris K. Ogden, 62, of Marysville was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of S. Court Street at 5 a.m. Friday.
Richard D. Ogden, 62, of Marysville was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of S. Court Street at 4:59 a.m. Friday. Reports indicate he and Deloris K. Ogden were arrested after a reporting person indicated an intoxicated couple was having a dispute in a public parking lot.
Michael A. Berry, 31, of Columbus was arrested for an FRA/non-compliance suspension in the 16000 block of Square Drive at 11:35 p.m. Friday.
Police responded to a report of a mental health issue at 9:24 p.m. Friday.
Sara M. Johnson, 37, of Marysville was arrested on a warrant service arrest in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 6:21 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to assist another agency at 11:03 a.m. Saturday.
Police responded to the scene of a hitskip accident that occurred on W. Fourth Street at 10:24 a.m. Saturday. Reports indicate a vehicle was parked on the side of the road on W. Fourth Street when it was struck by an unknown vehicle whose driver left the scene. The homeowner advised they heard something around 2 a.m.
David P. Brooks, 55, of Marysville was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 2:55 a.m. Sunday.
Police responded to assist another agency in the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Boulevard at 2:44 a.m. Sunday.

A deputy and a unit from the Richwood Police Department went to a residence on East Bomford Street in Richwood to take custody of Matthew R. Wurtsbaugh, 32, of Richwood for an outstanding arrest warrant at 5:21 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the 19000 block of Paver Barnes Road to investigate a report of a property damage crash involving a 2017 Ford Escape that struck a deer at 5:53 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Cotton Slash Road to investigate a report of domestic dispute between juveniles at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to Route 245 near West Darby Road to investigate a report of a rollover crash involving a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado at 6:32 p.m. Thursday. The driver, John F. Mears, 25, of North Lewisburg was issued a traffic citation for failure to control.
A deputy was sent to a residence on May Street in Magnetic Springs to investigate a report of a dispute between neighbors at 7:22 p.m. Thursday.
A deputy met with a unit from the Reynoldsburg Police Department to take custody of Yalon L. Carter, 23, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:46 p.m. Thursday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 19000 block of Pine Lane to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 11:16 a.m. Friday. After further investigation, Andrew Oliver, 56, of Marysville was arrested for domestic violence, resisting arrest and assault on a law enforcement officer. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to the 13000 block of Sycamore Drive to arrest Marcus J. Stewart, 27, of Marysville for an outstanding arrest warrant from Logan County at 1:17 p.m. Friday. He was turned over to a Logan County Sheriff’s deputy.
A deputy responded to the 27000 block of Route 31 in Raymond for a property damage crash involving a 2005 Pontiac Vibe that struck a 2010 Ford Escape at 2:44 p.m. Friday.
A deputy responded to the area of Route 37 and Route 739 for a property damage crash involving a 2017 GMC Sierra that struck a deer at 6:22 p.m. Friday.
As a result of a traffic stop in the area of Collins Avenue and South Maple Street, a deputy arrested William E. Miller, 58, of Richwood for operating a vehicle while under the influence at 7:13 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy met with a bail bondsman to take custody of Kenyatta D. Glass, 33, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:18 p.m. Friday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the area of Route 736 and Fladt Road to investigate a report of a property damage crash involving a 2016 Kia Soul that struck a deer at 6:32 a.m. Saturday.
A deputy went to the Montgomery County Jail to take custody of Jonathan P. O’Hara, 32, of Dayton for an outstanding arrest warrant at 7:44 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies were sent to the 18000 block of Route 4 to investigate a driving complaint on a 2008 Mercury Milan that was unable to maintain lanes of travel at 11:13 a.m. Saturday. Upon further investigation, the driver, Ashley M. Novotney, 26, of Marysville was issued a traffic citation for marked lanes.
A deputy met with a Plain City Police officer to take custody of Paige L. Workman, 27, of Irwin for an outstanding arrest warrant at 4:33 p.m. Saturday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to a residence in the 18000 block of Route 739 to investigate theft of medication at 5:11 p.m. Saturday.
Deputies responded to a residence in the 17000 block of West Darby Road to investigate a report of a person threatening self-harm at 7:19 p.m. Saturday.
A deputy an a unit from the Marysville Police Department were sent to the 500 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. to investigate a theft from a business at 2:44 a.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department were dispatched to the area of County Home Road and Waldo Road for a vehicle in the ditch at 4:16 a.m. Sunday. As a result, Vincent Vannicelli, 25, of Richwood was arrested for driving under the influence. He was transported to the Union County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were sent to a residence in the 11000 block of Santa Barbara Drive to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife at 5:43 a.m. Sunday. The parties were separated prior to arrival.
A deputy was sent to the Fairfield County Jail to take custody of Terrance A. Terrell, 40, of Lancaster for an outstanding warrant at 8:17 a.m. Sunday. He was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a property damage crash involving a 2013 Ford Taurus that went off the roadway and into the median at 11:47 a.m. Sunday.
A deputy responded to the area of Old Industrial Parkway and Industrial Parkway for a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda Fit that struck a 2006 Dodge Ram at 1:23 p.m. Sunday.
Deputies and units from the Pleasant Valley Fire Department responded to the area of Route 736 and U.S. 42 for an injury crash involving a 2014 Honda CRV that struck a 2017 GMC Sierra at 1:52 p.m. Sunday. James L. Allen, 61, of London was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
A deputy met with a Marion County Sheriff to take custody of Miranda L. Sellman, 45, of Bellefontaine for an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:48 p.m. Sunday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
According to Ohio State Highway Patrol reports:
Andrew Birko, 20, of Columbus was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control on U.S. 33 eastbound at mile marker 7 at 12:25 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicate Birko’s vehicle hydroplaned, causing it to veer off the right side of the roadway resulting in a single-car accident. His vehicle was towed from the scene and no injuries were reported.
Kelly Winters, 26, of Delaware was cited for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign on U.S. 42 north at mile marker 5 at 1:36 a.m. Sunday.
Phillip Jasiunas, 31, of Marysville was cited for speeding and operating a vehicle while intoxicated on U.S. 33 east at mile marker 24 at 2:40 a.m. Sunday.
