According to Marysville Police Department reports:
Spencer B. Schalip, 69, of Marysville was arrested for theft in the 1200 block of W. Fifth Street at 8:39 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the arrest stemmed from a report of theft at Walmart earlier in the day.
John W. Foldi, 54, of Marysville was arrested for menacing in the 100 block of N. Main Street at 9:36 p.m. Monday.
Police responded to a report of a missing person (adult) in the 1000 block of Coventry Place at 1:07 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person indicated her husband, who has dementia and diabetes, was missing. He was located shortly after and returned home.
Police responded to a report of a missing person in the 400 block of Chestnut Street at 7:52 a.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person stated his son has not been seen in about three days.
Police responded to a report of theft in the 2100 block of Derby Drive at 2:09 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate the reporting person stated a fraudulent charge was made to her Best Buy credit card.
Police responded to a report of domestic violence – causing belief of imminent physical harm in the 1200 block of Valley Drive at 4:36 p.m. Monday. Reports indicate a juvenile was involved in an argument, during which he threatened a family member with a knife and broke out several windows of the residence.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
Union County deputies and a unit from the Plain City Police Department went to an address in the 16000 block of Middleburg-Plain City Road to attempt to locate a suspect who had charges out of Madison County for domestic violence at 12:16 a.m. Monday. As a result, Nathan S. Stamper, 37, of West Liberty, Kentucky was arrested and turned over to a Madison County deputy.
A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Libby K. Mackin, 30, of Columbus for an outstanding arrest warrant at 1:44 a.m. Monday. She was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to a residence in the 10000 block of Faulk Street to investigate a report of prowlers at 5:03 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the 23000 block of Route 245 to investigate a report of a property damage crash involving a 2005 Ford Escape that struck a trashcan that was in the roadway at 5:21 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to Route 245 near Buck Run Road to investigate a report of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra that struck a deer at 5:49 a.m. Monday.
Deputies and units from the Allen Township Fire Department responded to a residence in the 22000 block of Darby Pottersburg Road to investigate a report of a person threatening self-harm at 6:30 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate a report of vandalism to a new vehicle at 9:08 a.m. Monday.
Deputies were sent to South Mill Street in Milford Center to investigate a report of a hitskip property damage crash involving a 2007 Honda Odyssey that was struck by an unknown vehicle at 9:40 a.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the area of U.S. 42 and Harriott Road to investigate a report of a property damage crash involving a 2013 Honda Accord that was struck from behind by a 2014 Peterbilt semi-truck at 10:51 a.m. Monday.
A deputy went to a residence in the 1000 block of Ivy Chase to investigate a report of identity fraud at 12:48 p.m. Monday.
A deputy met with a resident from the 27000 block of Claibourne Road to investigate a report of telecommunications harassment at 1:38 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Tyler W. Thomas, 42, of Grove City on an outstanding arrest warrant at 2:27 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to a residence on Reed Street in Milford Center to investigate a report of domestic violence between a husband and wife at 3:27 p.m. Monday.
A deputy went to the Adult Parole Office on Route 4 to take custody of Tiffani J. Hunter, 36, of Bellefontaine for violating the conditions of her probation at 5:27 p.m. Monday. She was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to the Franklin County Jail to take custody of Torey T. Grayson, 31, of Columbus on an outstanding arrest warrant at 6:21 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy went to Bear Swamp Road near Route 739 to investigate a report of a 2005 Ford F-350 that had left the roadway and was in a farm field at 6:40 p.m. Monday.
Deputies went to a residence in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road to investigate a possible robbery incident at 7:03 p.m. Monday.
A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail to take custody of Justin L. Reilley, 28, of Russells Point on an outstanding arrest warrant at 10:53 p.m. Monday. He was taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
