Patricia S. Wolfe, 74, of Plain City was cited for theft in the 900 block of Coleman’s Crossing Blvd. at 8:56 p.m. Wednesday.
Police responded to a report of telephone harassment in the 1100 block of Fairfield Drive at 1:52 p.m. Wednesday. Reports indicate a male has been making threats toward another male and his wife.
Police responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 200 block of W. Third Street at 4:09 p.m. Wednesday. The reporting person indicated that someone covered her vehicle with mustard.
According to Union County Sheriff’s Office reports:
A deputy responded to the 13000 block of Route 161 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado that struck a deer at 2:47 p.m. Wednesday.
As a result of a traffic stop on Prichard Road near Boundary Road, a deputy arrested Douglas J. Davis, 29, of Marion for an outstanding arrest warrant out of Marion County at 4:14 p.m. Wednesday. He was transferred to the custody of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
A deputy responded to the 30000 block of Alder Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2018 GMC Sierra that struck a deer at 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway to investigate threatening text messages at 7:46 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy and a Richwood Police Officer were sent to a residence in the 14000 block of Route 739 to investigate a trespassing complaint at 8:06 p.m. Wednesday.
A deputy responded to the 25000 block of Route 31 to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2007 Saturn Vue that lost control and struck a guardrail at 11:02 p.m. Wednesday. The driver, James T. Gulasa, 38, of Mount Victory was issued a traffic citation for failure to control a motor vehicle.
A deputy and units from the Marysville Fire Department, Marysville Police Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33 near Scottslawn Road to investigate a property damage crash involving a vehicle that lost control and drove off the roadway at 11:23 p.m. Wednesday. The Ohio State Highway Patrol handled the crash investigation.
