Brittany R. Fergusson, 39, of 128 S. Main St., Magnetic Springs, was cited for driving under a Financial Responsibility Act suspension at 11:21 a.m., Friday, following a traffic stop, at 319 Cook’s Boulevard.
Police were called to the 100 block of East Seventh Street at 12:46 a.m., Friday, on a suspicious conditions call. The case was marked as cleared.
Police responded to a dispute call at a home in the 200 block of North Court Street at 8:03 a.m., Friday. The case was marked as closed.

At 11:09 a.m., Friday, Police made a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Walnut Street involving an individual driving on a license forfeited for failing to pay child support.
Noah Thomas Wittman, 18, of 2196 Derby Drive, was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, after hitting a city vehicle at 7:43 a.m., Friday. Wittman was driving a 2013 Ford Focus east on Creekview Drive when he rear-ended a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado owned by the City of Marysville.
At 12:42 a.m., Saturday, police investigated a call of a driver with no operators license in the 1200 block of Delaware Avenue.
Police responded to a call of juvenile offenses, including unruliness and curfew violations at 5:41 a.m., Saturday, at an apartment complex in the 400 block of Wind Mil Drive. An investigation is pending.
Police responded to a missing person complaint involving a 15-year-old girl at 7:00 a.m., Saturday in the 100 block of North Oak Street.

Amber Nicole Jarvis, 38, of 308 Converse Ave., Plain City, was cited for theft from a store in the 1000 block of North Main Street at 5:18 p.m., Saturday.
Police responded to a burglary complaint at 6:12 p.m., Saturday, at a home in the 300 block of North Cherry Street. The case was marked as closed.
Police responded to a home in the 300 block of Terrace Court on a theft complaint. Investigator said the theft occurred between 12:00 a.m., Friday and 7:30 p.m., Saturday. An investigation is pending.
Charlotte Keiter, 62, of 1643 Millington Way, was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:41 a.m., Sunday, in the parking lot at 124 N. Plum Street.
Siaosi M. Tupa, 25, of Rushsylvania, has been cited for driving under the influence, driving without an operators license and driving with fictitious plates following a traffic stop at 8:38 p. m. Sunday, on North Main Street. Police impounded a 2006 Chevy Silverado as a result of the stop.
Christopher J. Spicer, 32, of 128 West Fourth Street, has been cited for driving on a forfeited license stemming from a failure to pay child support following a traffic stop at 6:02 p.m., Sunday at 546 N. Main Street.
Police recovered a purse in the 400 block of East Ninth Street at 10:37 a.m., Sunday.
