Timothy J. Cantrell, 32, of Columbus, was arrested at 12:46 a.m., Friday, for outstanding arrest warrants from the Perry Township Police Department, following a traffic stop on Route 42 at U.S. 33. Cantrell was transferred to the custody of a Perry Township Officer. A report was taken.
A deputy was dispatched to a business in the 24000 block of Honda Parkway at 5:04 a.m., Friday, to investigate a trespassing complaint. No report was taken.
Union County Deputies assisted deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office with serving a felony arrest warrant at 8:05 a.m. Friday, at a business in the 8500 block of Warner Road.
Lisa A. Cowman, 65, of Plain City, was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield the right of way from a private drive at 9:20 a.m., Friday. Cowman was driving a 2021 Lexus 300 on Route 161, west of Middleburg Plain City Road and hit a 2012 Mercedes 350. A deputy and a Plain City Police Officer responded to the scene. A crash report was taken.
A deputy responded to the 8100 block of Eagle Crest Court at 1:20 p.m., Friday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2020 Lincoln Navigator that backed into an unknown vehicle that left the scene. No report was taken.
Manjunath Govindraj, 48, of Columbus, was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence. Police received a driving complaint and deputies stopped the suspect vehicle, a 2022 Honda Accord, on U.S. 33 near Route 245. Govindraj was arrested at 3:44 p.m., Friday, as a result of the investigation Govindraj was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail. A report was taken.
A deputy was sent to the parking lot of a business in the 7300 block of State Route 161 at 4:07 p.m., Friday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2012 Honda CR-V and a 2023 Ford Maverick. A crash report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District and the Marysville Fire Department responded to Martin Welch Road, east of Wolford Maskill Road, at 6:56 p.m., Friday, for an injury crash involving a 2012 Cadillac CTS that lost control, drove off the road and hit a utility pole. One victim was transported to Memorial Hospital, and a second victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital. A crash report was taken.
A Union County Deputy met with a Delaware County Deputy at 8:15 p.m., Friday, to take custody of Amythyst S. Brown, 33, of Fort Recovery, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Brown was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy responded to the 9000 block of Crottinger Road at 8:21 p.m., Friday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a dog that was hit by an unknown vehicle that left the scene. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a home in the 14000 block of Snyder Road at 9:25 p.m., Friday, to investigate damage to a window. No report was taken.
A deputy met with a Columbus Police Officer at 11:13 p.m., Friday, to take custody of Gregory A. Harper, 62, of Columbus, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Harper was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Mark A. Bills, 39, of Marysville, was arrested for domestic violence at 7:20 a.m., Saturday, after deputies were sent to a home in the 17000 block of Banjo Road to investigate a domestic dispute between a husband and wife. As a result of the investigation, Bills was arrested and taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a property in the 8400 block of Hyland Croy Road at 11:28 a.m., Saturday, to investigate the theft of a flatbed utility trailer and two lawn mowers. A report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 24000 block of Route 739 at 11:37 a.m., Saturday, to investigate damage to a garage. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Marysville Fire Department responded to a correctional facility in the 18000 block of State Route 4 at 8:52 p.m., Saturday, for a suicide attempt. The victim was transported to Memorial Hospital and no report was taken.
At 11:14 p.m., Saturday, a deputy investigated a property damage crash on Route 4 near Hillview Road involving a 2005 Toyota Solara that struck a raccoon. No report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Northwestern Fire District were sent to a home in the 20000 block of Hoover Bault Road at 11:16 p.m., Saturday, for a fight. The parties were separated. No report was taken.
Deputies were sent to the Southwestern Regional Jail in Holden, West Virginia, at 6:07 a.m., Sunday, to take custody of Christopher M. Underhill, 50, of Richwood, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Underhill was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Concord Township Fire Department and the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 7900 block of Dublin Road in Delaware County at 10:45 a.m., Sunday after a person who had been reported missing from a residence in the 15000 block of Smart Cole Road was found dead in the 7900 block of Dublin Road in Delaware County. A report was taken.
Elijah M. Kauffman, 21, of Marysville, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead following a property damage crash at 11:49 a.m., Sunday. A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 245 and Allen Center Road to investigate a property damage crash after the 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Kauffman was driving hit the back of a 2011 Ford Edge. A crash report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 7200 block of Kile Road at 12:33 p.m., Sunday, to investigate the theft of keys to a vehicle. No report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a property in the 18000 block of Miller Road at 4:30 p.m., Sunday, to investigate the theft of gasoline from several vehicles. No report was taken.
A deputy met with an Upper Arlington Police Officer at 4:32 p.m. Sunday, to take custody of William A. Baldwin, 31, of Hilliard, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Baldwin was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
At 11:38 p.m., Sunday, deputies assisted a Plain City Police Officer in searching for a missing person from a residence on Country View Lane in Plain City.
