From Marysville Police reports:
An investigation is pending after police were called to a parking lot in the 100 block of Poplar Street at 5:00 p.m., Monday, on an assault call.
Justin Freeman, 26, of New Breman, was arrested at 12:31 Tuesday, at the Marysville Police and Courts building on an outstanding warrant
Adam Lee Crooks, 38, of 130 W. Third St., was arrested at 5:05 p.m., Tuesday, at his home on an outstanding warrant.
Police responded to a home in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street, at 3:15 a.m., Tuesday, on a theft by deception complaint. The case was marked as closed.
Police responded to a home in the 100 block of Poplar Street at 8:58 a.m., Tuesday on a call of suspicious conditions. The case remains under investigation.
Police responded to the 800 block of Milcrest Drive at 4:05 p.m., Tuesday, in response to suspicious conditions involving a 2-year-old child.
Police responded to a dispute at a residential facility in the 500 block of Meadows Drive at 7:33 p.m., Tuesday. The case was marked as closed.
An investigation was opened after police responded to a theft complaint at a home in the 400 block of West Seventh Street at 9:10 p.m., Tuesday. The theft is alleged to have occurred after Nov. 21.
Adrianna T. Woodruff, 22, of 247 w. Eighth St., was charged with failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead following a three-car crash. At 11:07 a.m., Tuesday, Woodruff was driving a Chevy Cobalt east on West Fifth Street approaching Court Street. There was a line of two other vehicles at the stoplight. Woodruff hit the rear of the second car in line, pushing it into the rear of the first car.
Wanda L. Norris, 67, of 151 Abbey Lane, North Lewisburg, has been charged with improper operation at a stop sign. At 1:14 p.m., Tuesday, Norris was driving west on West Sixth Street and did not see a 2015 Honda Accord in the intersection traveling north on Maple Street.

Deputies and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol responded to U.S. 33, near Mitchell Dewitt Road, at 6:04 a.m., Tuesday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2022 Toyota Camry that was struck by an unknown vehicle that fled the scene. A crash report was taken.
Deputies were sent to a correctional facility in the 18000 block of Route 4 at 11:08 a.m., Tuesday, to investigate a report of threatening calls. No report was taken.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 15000 block of Fish Road at 1:25 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a report of unauthorized access to the victim’s bank account using the victim’s personal information that resulted in the theft of money. A report was taken.
A deputy met with a Marysville Police Officer at 1:33 p.m., Tuesday, to take custody of Adam L. Crooks, 38, of Marysville, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies went to a home in the 21000 block of Paver Barnes Road at 4:14 p.m., Tuesday, to arrest Natasha N. Conrad, 43, of Springfield, for an outstanding arrest warrant. She was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies and units from the Northern Union County Joint Fire District and the Richwood Police were dispatched to a home in the 28000 block of Route 37 at 6:01 p.m., Tuesday, for a report of a person that was found unconscious and not breathing. The person was pronounced dead at the scene. The Union County Coroner’s Office was contacted. A report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a home on Railroad Street in Milford Center at 7:31 p.m., Tuesday, for a reported theft of a bicycle. A report was taken.
A Union County Deputy met with a Franklin County Deputy to take custody of Nicholas J. McCabe, 45, of Columbus, at 8:03 p.m., Tuesday, for an outstanding arrest warrant. He was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were sent to a home in the 15000 block of Valleyview Drive at 10:32 p.m., Tuesday, for a report of domestic violence involving a boyfriend and girlfriend. A report was taken.
