Taylor Dawn Segner, 26, of 988 Kenmore Crossing, Unit 207, was issued a traffic citation for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead. At 6:55 a.m., Thursday, Segner was driving a 2015 Jeep Wrangler north on Industrial Parkway near Scottslawn Road. The vehicle in front of her, a 2018 Honda Civic, needed to stop suddenly due to traffic. Segner crashed into the back of the vehicle then went off the road and hit a fire hydrant.
Madison Kathleen Evans, 24, of 1559 Bay Laurel Drive, was issued a traffic citation for improper overtaking, passing to the left. At 9:39 a.m., Thursday, Evans was driving a 2017 Toyota Corolla, west on Delaware Avenue, under the U.S. 33 overpass. As she was switching from the right lane to the left lane, she sideswiped a 2017 Kia Soul.
Danielle Rian Abbott, 33, of Cincinnati, was cited for driving under suspension following an incident at 9:21 a.m., Friday, in the 100 block of Milford Avenue.
Police responded to the 1200 block of Columbus Avenue at 10:36 a.m., Friday, on a telecommunications harassment complaint.
Police responded to a home in the 400 block of East Ninth Street, at 11:22 a.m., Friday, on a dispute call. The case was marked as closed.
Police responded to a dispute call in the 300 block of Court Street at 4:34 p.m., Friday. Tic case was marked as closed.
Police responded to a home the 1200 block of Valley Drive, at 5:54 p.m., Friday, on a theft call.

Logan Eugene Whaley, 23, of 881 Watkins Glen Boulevard, was cited for a driving without an operator’s license and fictitious plates at 9:34 p.m., Saturday, following an incident in the 800 block of Columbus Avenue.
At 12:23 p.m., Saturday, police responded to a mental health issue in the 1200 block of West Fifth Street.
Police responded to Weaver Road near Adena Pointe Drive after a Marysville man, driving a 2020 Honda Accord, hit a deer. No citation was issued as the deer was the reason for the crash.
Adam Vanover, 43, of Kenton, was cited for failure to yield the right of way when turning following a crash at the intersection of West and Fifth Street. At 9:57 p.m., Saturday, Vanover was driving a 2012 Acura MDX north on Chestnut Street and attempted to turn onto Fifth Street when he hit the passenger side of a 2015 Kia Forte driving west on Fifth Street.
Shania Chantel Caldwell, 28, of 410 Gallery Drive, was charged with theft at 7:19 p.m., Sunday following an incident at at Walmart.
Tabetha Groce, 48, of 144 Hemlock Drive, was cited for driving on a forfeited license after she was stopped in the 100 block of Professional Parkway.
Hunter Lea Giles, 25, of 684 Meadows Dr., was cited for domestic violence after an incident at 11:31 a.m., Sunday, in a parking lot at Walmart.
Police responded to an apartment building in the 1200 block of Charles Lane at 12:00 a.m., Sunday, on a disorderly conduct complaint. The case was marked as closed.
Christina Gayle Sarver, 47, of 13699 Route 36, was cited for driving under the influence at 4:52 a.m., Monday, after a she was stopped in the 100 block of East Fifth Street.
