From Marysville Police Reports:
Johnathan Michael Edward Payne, 19, of 50 Poplar St., was cited for disorderly conduct at his home at 2:58 p.m., Tuesday. At 11:36 p.m. the same day, he was arrested at 623 E. Fifth Street, for criminal trespass. Payne was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Carl William Hook, 26, of 1213 Monteclair Court, Marysville, was arrested for burglary at 5:54 p.m., Tuesday, at a home in the 200 block of Grand Avenue. Hook was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
At 2:35 a.m., Tuesday, police responded to the 1800 block of Deer Crossing Drive for a mental health issue.
Police responded to a home in the 100 block of Woodcrest Drive at 12:32 p.m., Tuesday, on a theft complaint. An investigation is pending.
Police responded o an assault complaint at 6:28 p.m., Tuesday, at a home in the 100 block of South Oak Street. An investigation is pending.
Alexander Christian Tindle, 34, 477 Timberview Drive was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead following a two-vehicle crash. At 7:30 a.m., Tuesday, Tindle was driving a 2012 Acura TSX on Scottslawn Road at Industrial Parkway when she rear-ended a Buick Encore stopped in traffic.
Elizabeth Archer Powers, 43, of 787 Arabian Circle, was cited for improper overtaking and passing. At 9:58 a.m., Tuesday, Powers was driving a 2015 Honda Pilot and was behind a semi truck getting off U.S. 33 east bound onto Scottslawn Drive. Powers attempted to pass on the right of the off ramp and side swiped the truck.

A deputy was sent to the Franklin County Jail at 2:10 a.m., Tuesday, to take custody of Flaviano P. Cruz, 36, of Groveport, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Cruz was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to a property in the 8200 block of Waterford Way at 5:38 a.m., Wednesday, to investigate a break-in. As a result of the investigation, deputies determined the person involved was experiencing a mental health crisis. The person was transported to Memorial Hospital and a report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to a business in the 8300 block of Watkins Road at 9:46 a.m., Tuesday, for a 2018 Peterbilt dump truck that caught fire. No report was taken.
At 10:04 a.m., Tuesday, deputy assisted the Marysville Police Department with a property damage crash that occurred on Scottslawn Road near U.S. 33.
A deputy met with a resident from the 21000 block of White Stone Road at 10:20 a.m., Tuesday, to investigate an unruly juvenile complaint. No report was taken.
At 10:23 a.m., Tuesday, deputies investigated a property damage crash involving a 2013 Lexus RX-350 that was hit by construction debris that fell from the overpass on U.S. 33 at Beecher Gamble Road. No report was taken.
A deputy responded to a property at the intersection of North Darby Coe Road and Route 245 at 12:35 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate damage caused by a 2003 Freightliner semi that drove through a yard. No report was taken.
Deputies were dispatched to a home in the 7100 block of Beachwood Way at 12:36 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a domestic dispute between a mother and daughter. No report was taken.
At 1:34 p.m., Tuesday, deputies assisted officers from the Union County Adult Probation Department at a home in the 7000 block of Brown Road.
A deputy responded to the intersection of Route 42 and New California Drive at 2:58 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a property damage crash involving a 2021 Chevrolet van that was hit by an unknown vehicle that left the scene. A crash report was taken.
At 7:11 p.m., Tuesday, deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a person experiencing a mental health crisis at a park on Lynn Street in the Richwood.
At 9:45 p.m., Tuesday, deputies assisted a Richwood Police Officer with a suicide attempt that occurred at a residence on Wood Street in Richwood.
