From Maryville Division of Police reports:
Edgar Javier Fonesca, 24, of Columbus, has been cited for driving with no operator’s license following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Columbus Avenue at 10:54 a.m., Tuesday.
Deputies responded to milepost 13 of U.S. 33 in Union Township at 5:50 a.m., Tuesday after a Powell man hit a deer with his 2022 Honda Ridgeline.
A 17-year-old Marysville boy has been cited for failure to drive with full time and attention following a crash on Maple Street at Taylor Avenue. The driver in a 2004 Nissan Titan was distracted by construction and he rearended a 2006 Toyota Highlander.

Scottea M. Brooks, 40, of Mansfield, was arrested at 12:28 a.m., Tuesday, on for an outstanding arrest warrant from Richland County, following a traffic stop on U.S. 33 near Route 161. Brooks was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
Lucas D. Scherff, 27, of Richwood, was issued a traffic citation for failure to control following a two-car injury crash. At 4:47 a.m., Tuesday, Scherff was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze on Route 347, west of Ford Reed Road. The Cruze was struck from behind by a 2008 Dodge Caravan. A deputy and units from the Northwestern Fire District responded to the scene. A crash report was taken.
A deputy was sent to a business in the 7900 block of Industrial Parkway at 7:48 a.m., Tuesday, to take possession of a gun found in a desk. A report was taken.
Deputies and units from the Jerome Township Fire Department responded to Route 161 at U.S. 33 at 10:09 a.m., Tuesday, for an injury crash involving a 2009 GMC Sierra that lost control, struck a guardrail and then hit a construction barrier. One victim was transported to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. A crash report was taken.
A deputy met with a resident from the 16000 block of Webb Road at 12:48 p.m., Tuesday, to investigate a scam attempt. No report was taken.
Deputies assisted the Dublin Police Department with a traffic stop at 1:52 p.m., Tuesday, involving a stolen vehicle in the 8400 block of Estates Court.
Duane A. Milby, 41, of New Lebanon, was arrested for an outstanding warrant from Medina County. The arrest followed a traffic stop at 4:10 p.m., Tuesday, on Route 4 near Hillview Road. Milby was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
A deputy was sent to the Logan County Jail at 7:06 p.m., Tuesday, to take custody of Joshua E. Legge, 40, of Kenton, for an outstanding arrest warrant. Legge was taken to Tri-County Regional Jail.
