Von Beal was sworn in as the newest member of Richwood Village Council
when it met in regular session on Monday, April 24.

    A Union County contractor who stole more than $100,000 from his clients
and employees will spend the next eight years in prison.

Pinwheels for preventions
Raising awareness to prevent child abuse and neglect

On Tuesday, April 18, the lawn at the North Union High School will bloom with plantings of an unusual kind. Over 200 pinwheels will be ³planted,² each to represent a report of child abuse or neglect that occurred in Union County during 2004.

Downtown Assessment Resource Team (DART) spent October 25
and 26, 2005 in Richwood to assess the downtown district's revitalization
