Major winter storm closes businesses A major winter storm blasted
Central Ohio on Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 13 and 14, dumping nearly a
foot of snow and ice. The wicked weather caused havoc statewide, leaving
residents the task of digging out.

sometime between 5:30 and 7 p.m.
