policy for free and reduced-price meals or free milk for students unable
to pay the full price of meals or milk served under the National School
Lunch and School Breakfast. After School Care Snack or Special Milk

Richwood The village streets were busy last Wednesday when the Ohio
Chautauqua was in town, sharing history of the
1930s.
Counterfeit money has surfaced in Richwood Is it real or
counterfeit? That is the question. Counterfeit bills have been surfacing in
Richwood and surrounding areas of late in smaller denominations than
counterfeiters usually try and reproduce, such as $5, $10 and $20. It is
hard to distinguish the real from the fake money.
Voters asked
to cast vote on levy Richwood Village council members held a special meeting
Wednesday, to approve the third reading on a proposed replacement levy for
the November 2 ballot. Council did not have a quorum at the regular
Monday meeting, to approve the motion. The need for the special meeting
was to act on the third reading before the August 4 deadline with the
election board.
