Tractor Pull raises funds for cancer research

The grandstands and around the Richwood Fairgrounds track were filled with family and friends, all in an effort to raise funds for cancer research in memory of Delynn Kale.

County chip seal program gets underway July 11

Union County Engineer crews will begin their annual chip seal program Monday, July 11, and the work is expected to last three to four weeks. Road resurfacing will take place between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday.

The American Red Cross has issued an emergency call for blood and platelets, urging all eligible donors to give now to replenish an extremely low summer blood supply.

Every year, each school district must submit to the state of Ohio, a Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan. It’s a safety plan showing the floor plan of every school in Ohio. This plan has to identify the exits in each building by a letter, number, or using both.
