Ruth Ilene Penney, formerly of Richwood, died
Thursday July 24, 2008, at
Memorial Hospital of Union County. She was born
June 5, 1923, in Union
County, to the late Eldridge W. and Francis Pauline
(Perine) Dangler.

Clarence "Buzz" Harvey
Rasey, 58, of West Mansfield, died early Friday
morning, July 25, 2008, at
Heartland of Marysville, peacefully in his
sleep, with his family by his
side, following a long illness. Born
November 22, 1949, in Marion, he was a
son of Edgar L. and Gladie
(Alsept) Rasey, who survive in West
Mansfield.

Judy Lee (Doyle) Fuller, 64, of Richwood, went home to be with her
Lord, on
Monday evening, July 7, 2008, at Marion General Hospital,
surrounded by her
loving family, after fighting a courageous battle with
cancer, that began in
2005. On May 18, 1944, she was born in Magnetic
Springs, the daughter of the
late Wallace E. and Ruth (Caskey) Doyle.

2008, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born on November
24,
