HELEN EASTERDAY
Helen Easterday, 90, formerly of Richwood, died Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at
the home of her daughter in Marysville, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born February 17, 1918 in North Lewisburg to the late William
and Dora (McIntire) Speakman.

JAMES LEROY GAREE
James Leroy Garee, 69, of Green Camp, died Sunday morning, May 25, 2008,
in Marion, surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 11, 1938,
in Marysville, to the late Claude and Millie (Jennings) Garee Sr.

DOUGLAS E. SCHMIDT
Douglas E. Schmidt, 53, formerly of LaRue, died Thursday, May 22, 2008,
at his home, in Lauderdale, Miss. He was born November 23, 1954, in
Kenton, to the late Raymond and Ivalou (Gamble) Schmidt.

VIOLET HOWE
Violet Howe, 86, formerly of Richwood, died Sunday, May 18, 2008, at
Fairhaven Community Nursing Home, in Upper Sandusky. Born June 22, 1921,
in Marion, she was the daughter of the late Merwin P. and Leona (Wilson)
Reece.

LILIA MAE JAMES
Lilia Mae James, 98, formerly of Big Island, died Saturday May 17, 2008,
at Community Healthcare Center, in Marion. Born December 19, 1909, in
Marion County, she was the daughter of the late Hughie and Virgie
(Roush) James.

MARY L. MEDDLES
Mary L. Meddles, 75, of Richwood, died Monday evening, May 12, 2008, at
Riverside Hospital, in Columbus.
Born January 29, 1933, in Radnor, she was the daughter of the late James
Howard and Eva Fern (Smith) Frye.

PASTOR PAUL WILLARD WILLIAMS
Pastor Paul Willard Williams, 89, of Newark, died early Wednesday
morning, May 14, 2008, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
Born March 1, 1919, in Radnor, he was a son of the late Gilbert and
Hazel (Schaeffer) Williams.

LUCILLE E. COWGILL
Lucille E. Cowgill, 88, of Richwood, died Tuesday afternoon, May 6,
2008, at Marion Manor. She was born March 4, 1920, in Irwin, to the
late Alfred B. and Matilda (Kleiber) Stierhoff.

PATRICIA BLUE
Patricia Blue, 74, of Broadway, died Sunday morning, May 4, 2008, in
Marysville. She was born August 28, 1933 in Springfield to the late
August J. and Marie McCarthy Decker.

JOYCE ILLIDGE BURKARD
Joyce Illidge Burkard, 83, of Marysville, died Friday, May 2, 2008 at
The Gables at Green Pastures. Born to May Illidge and Harry Anders in
St. Helens, Lanchashire, England.

ROBERT LEROY KALE
Robert LeRoy Kale, of rural Richwood, passed away peacefully with his
devoted family by his side at home Monday morning, May 5, 2008. He was
born September 27, 1930, near LaRue, to the late Foster "Bus" and Ferol
(Denman) Kale.

DOROTHY BALLARD PARROTT
Dorothy Ballard Parrott, 101, went home to be with her Heavenly Father,
Thursday evening, May 1, 2008. She was born November 2, 1906, to the
late Grant and Lana Grieble Ballard.

ADAM RYDER
Adam Ryder, 24, of Prospect, died unexpectedly, April 30, 2008, in
Delaware. He was born March 7, 1984, in Sandusky.

BLAINE EDWARD ROSE
Blaine Edward Rose, 77, of Prospect, died Friday morning, May 2, 2008 at
Marion General Hospital. He was born February 27, 1931 in Elton, Pa.,
to the late Benjamin F. and Minnie Pearl (Unstead) Rose.

GLADYS ALBERTA TUCKER
Gladys Alberta Tucker, 84, of LaRue, died Monday April 28, 2008 at
Marion General Hospital.
Born May 5, 1923 in Akron, she was the daughter of the late Albert A.
and Gladys (Morgan) Smyers.
