James E. Higgins, 54 of Marion, died suddenly Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011 in Marion. He was born September 29, 1956, in Kenton, Ohio, to the late Sylvester and Ann (Walker) Higgins.

MELVIN WAYNE SHEETS
Melvin Wayne Sheets, 58 of Marion, died suddenly Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 at his home. He was born August 22, 1952, in Marion, Ohio, to the late Melvin J. and Mary (Caudill) Sheets.

BARBARA JEAN “BOB” WITHROW SPITZER
Barbara Jean “Bob” (Withrow) Spitzer, 82 of LaRue, passed away early Saturday morning, Jan. 22, at her home, surrounded by her loving and caring family.  She was born February 21, 1928, in LaRue, to the late John and Nell (Jones) Withrow.

FAYE WELCH
Faye Welch, 59 of Marion, died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011 at the Partners of Marion. She was born July 28, 1951, in Kenton.

ANGELA DAWN COLLINS
Angela Dawn Collins, 29 of Columbus, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011 at her home. She was born September 13, 1981 in Marion, Ohio, to Donald Eugene Collins, of Kentucky and Lora (Straw) Jeffers, of New Bloomington. On February 15, 2010, she married Richard L. Furniss and he survives.

CLIFFORD LYNN DAVIS
Clifford Lynn Davis, 70 of Byhalia, died unexpectedly Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011 at his home. He was born September 28, 1940, in Columbus, to the late William D. and Marian (Haughn) Davis.

PAULA ASKEW WEBB
Paula Askew Webb, 50 of Richwood, died Saturday morning, January 15, 2011, at Mt. Carmel St. Ann's Hospital in Columbus. She went to be with the Lord. She was born July 20, 1960, in Marion to James and Ann (Norris) Askew, who both survive in Marion.

MARILYN ALLEN
Marilyn Allen, 70 of Bellefontaine, passed away Friday, Jan. 7, 2011 at the Green Hills Care Center. She was born October 19, 1940, in Vinton County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Cecil Dale and Maxine L. Allen Staneart.

EDWARD DUANE PACHA
Edward Duane Pacha, 70 of Richwood, died unexpectedly Friday evening, January 7, 2011, at Memorial Hospital of Union County. He was born April 3, 1940 in Richwood.

WILLIAM F. GIBSON
William F. Gibson, 80 of Galion, died Sunday evening, January 2, 2011, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital.
He was born March 1, 1930 in Meeker, to the late Greer E. and Ruth (Cramer) Gibson.

ALICE MAE MAJOR
Alice Mae Major, 88 of Richwood, died early Saturday morning January 1, 2011, at the Gables in Green Pastures in Marysville. She was born May 8, 1922, in Johnstown, to the late Perry Allen and Anna (Gray) Phipps.
