FRED ALLEN CARR
Fred Allen Carr, 63, of Prospect, died Saturday evening Nov. 23, 2013, at his home. He was born June 11, 1950, in Marion to William and Mary (Sours) Carr; his mother survives near Richwood.

EARL L. ELLIOTT
Earl L. Elliott, 89, died Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. He was born Nov. 12, 1924, in Fayette County to the late George E. and Lucy Pearl (Shoemaker) Elliott.

RONALD E. RATLIFF, SR.
Ronald E. Ratliff, Sr., 78, of Marysville, died Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Milcrest Nursing Center, Marysville. He was born September 17, 1935, in Pikeville, Ky., to the late Emzie “Doc” and Evelyn (Christian) Ratliff.

ROSE MARIE COOK
Rose Marie Cook, 82, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 at Carriage Court. She was a homemaker and retired realtor with Cook Real Estate. She was born Nov. 2, 1931, in Union County, to the late Olive and Edith Reese Cowgill.

LINDA LU DOUGLAS
Linda Lu Douglas, 71, of Marion, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013 at her home. She was born Dec. 12, 1941, in Kenton, to the late Bertha (Rogers) Titus.

CECIL JAY SWARTZENTRUBER
Cecil Jay Swartzentruber, 58, of Richwood, died unexpectedly Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013 from injuries sustained while cutting wood. He was born April 6, 1955, in Mt. Gilead, to Melvin and Wilma (Swartz) Swartzentruber. They both survive in Fredericktown.

MARJORIE “JANE” PRICE
Marjorie “Jane” Price, 79, of Huntsville, died Saturday afternoon Nov. 2, 2013 at Heartland of Bellefontaine.
She was born July 12, 1934, in Richwood, to the late John P. and Anna (Moore) Livingston.

ROBERT L. “BOB” STILL
Robert L. “Bob” Still, 65, of Raymond, died Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. He was born March 22, 1948, in Kenton, to the late Walter Rollin and Harriet Virginia (Marsh) Still.
