PAUL GROSE
Paul Grose, 89, of Richwood, died peacefully Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015, at Kindred Community surrounded by his loving family. He went to be with his Lord. He was born Aug. 24, 1925, in Washington Court House to Emor and Glenna Mae (Morris) Grose. He was the oldest of 15 children.

JANET R. (EVERETT) ROBERTS-FRIEND
Janet R. (Everett) Roberts-Friend, 74, of Richwood, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2015, at her home. She was called home to be with her Lord. She was born June 17, 1940, to the late Tinsley and Nannie (Harr) Everett in Portsmouth.

MARY ANN PENRY
Mary Ann Penry, 69, of London, passed away late Saturday evening, Jan. 31, 2015, at The James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. She was born Sept. 28, 1945, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Earl Thomas and Beatrice (Davis) Smith.

WILLIAM C. “BILL” ROSE, JR.
William C. “Bill” Rose, Jr., 59, of Richwood, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2015, at home surrounded by his loving family after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was born Nov. 30, 1955, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late William C. and Gloria (Corey) Rose Sr.

EMMA JOSEPHINE CHENEY
Emma Josephine Cheney, 86, of St. Charles, Illinois, formerly of Richwood, died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, at Pine View Care Center in St. Charles. She was born Jan. 13, 1929, in Marion, to the late Charles McKay and Celia Eva (Knapp) Shields.

LUCILLE GENEVIEVE MALLETT POWERS
Lucille Genevieve Mallett Powers, 96, of Richwood, died Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at Memorial Gables in Marysville.
She was born March 27, 1918, in Lewisville, Ohio, to the late Urban and Susie Billman Mallett.

DAVID E. JIVIDEN
David E. Jividen, 79, formerly of Richwood, died Sunday morning, Jan. 18, 2015, at the Heath Nursing Care Center, where he had resided for the last twelve years. He was born Dec. 14, 1935, in Robertsburg, West Virginia, to the late Dayton E. and Phoebe Virginia (Daugherty) Jividen.

DONALD ARTHUR SCHULTZ
Donald Arthur Schultz, 79, of Prospect, passed away, Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015, surrounded by his loving family at Presidential Care Center of Marion. He went to be with the Lord. He was born Aug. 31, 1935, in Waldo, to the late George Anderson and Helen (Taylor) Schultz.

VERNON E. “GENE” CUNNINGHAM
Vernon E. “Gene” Cunningham, 93, of Raymond, died Monday, Jan. 5, 2015, at the Gables at Green Pastures. He was born Sept. 19, 1921, to the late Edward and Ruth (Sanders) Cunningham.

JOHN L. WILLIS
John L. Willis, 73, of Richwood, died Sunday morning, Jan. 11, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born Dec. 30, 1941, in Richwood to the late Douglas and Maryellen (Marvin) Willis. He was also preceded in death by a step-daughter, Shelby McClincy.

Terry Clyde Nease, 55, of Richwood, died Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015.
