VIRGINIA E. “GINNY” CARREL
Virginia E. “Ginny” Carrel, 95, of Richwood, died peacefully Aug. 30, 2017, at Delaware Court Healthcare Center.
She was born on Jan. 3, 1922, in Marion, to the late Forest D. and Bertha M. (Hood) Cole.

JOHNNY L. FURER
Johnny L. Furer, 92, of Richwood, died peacefully Monday evening, Aug. 28, 2017, at the Primrose Community in Marion.
He was born on Jan. 26, 1925, in Mount Victory, to the late Henry and Inez (Rizor) Furer.

MERLE ROBERT GRUBER
Merle Robert Gruber, 95, of Richwood, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017. He was a former resident of Galion and Marion.
He was born July 9, 1922, in Marion, to the late Herbert and Nellie Maxwell Gruber.

JACOB R. “JAKE” ALLISON

Jacob R. “Jake” Allison, 79, of Claibourne, died early Wednesday morning, Aug. 23, 2017, at Prestige Gardens in Marysville.
He was born Aug. 27, 1937, in New Cumberland, West Virginia, to the late Harry L. Sr. and Goldie (Tillis) Allison.

MARCUS JOHN WILLIAMS
Marcus John Williams, 33, of Marysville, died unexpectedly Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, at his home.
He was an employee and store manager for a local Tim Horton’s restaurant.
He was born on Oct. 30, 1983, in Marion, to William John and Debra Sue Hempy Williams, who both survive in Marysville.

JOYCE E. CLEVENGER
Joyce E. Clevenger, 73, of Marysville, died peacefully Monday afternoon, Aug. 14, 2017, at the Heartland of Dublin.
She was born on Dec. 5, 1943, in Marion, to the late Olin and Jean (Welch) Cox.

JOHN E. KING
John E. King, 58, of Richwood, died early Wednesday morning, Aug. 9, 2017, at The Ohio State University Medical Center. He was born July 20, 1959, in Urbana, to the late Nelson Lee and Dorothy L (Foust) King.

JANET ANN (ZUSPAN) SMITH
Janet Ann (Zuspan) Smith, 86, of North Richland, Texas, formerly of Richwood, died Friday, Aug. 4, 2017, at the Vitas Hospice Unit in Carrollton, Texas.
She was born April 23, 1931, in Columbus, to the late Irl Goff and Kathryn (Speyer) Zuspan.

LOWELL MILBERN BAKER
Lowell Milbern Baker, 93, of West Mansfield, died Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017, at Memorial Gables in Marysville.
He was born on June 5, 1924, in Union County, to the late Milbern A. and Margaret G. (Bonham) Baker.
