Dave was born in Kenton on July 26, 1950, to John E. and Jocelyn (Evans) Lewis.

Wayne Apt, 67 of Prospect, died Friday morning November 26, 2021 at his home.
He was born December 19, 1953 in Kenton to Bob and Eileen (Eaton) Apt, his mom survives in Richwood.

Eric Lynn Murray, age 59, of Richwood, Ohio passed away peacefully Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Marysville, following an extensive illness.
He was born August 19, 1962 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey to the late Fletcher Lewis and Carolyn Jo Campbell Murray.

Crystal Leigh Forrider Sims, 53 of Galloway died Saturday, November 6, 2021 at OSU Medical Center. She was born August 27, 1968 in Zanesville.
Surviving are her father, Gerald Ray (Linda) Forrider, Richwood; her mother, Donna Jean (McElfresh) Boley, Zanesville.
