The Lady Pioneers of Jonathan Alder upped their record to 13-2 on Wednesday by pounding Indian Lake, 76-25.
Alder had another balanced scoring attack with five players in double figures.
Sydney Bourquin led with 16 points, followed by Sophie Zawodny and Abby Jones-each with 12, Melissa Walbom-11 and Maddie Wilson-10.
The Lakers had a difficult time putting the ball in the hoop against JA’s stout defense.
Alder took a 23-10 lead after the first period and then limited Indian Lake to just two markers during the ensuing stanza.
The Lady Pioneers climbed to a 41-12 lead at halftime and took a 68-23 advantage into the final eight minutes of action.
JA will travel to West Liberty-Salem today.

Cardinals fall
Triad’s boys came close, but dropped a 59-51 verdict to Mechanicsburg.
The contest was a tight battle for the entire evening.
The Cardinals (1-12) trailed, 13-12, after the opening period and 26-22 at halftime.
The Indians took a 39-36 edge into the final stanza.
Ayden Sanford led Triad with 14 points.
Also scoring for the Cardinals were Dillon Nott-nine, Batai Lease-eight, Greg Sizemore-eight, Ayden Spriggs-six, Drew Campbell-four and Alex Freyhof-two.
Triad will host Madison Plains on Friday.
