Justin Brackenridge of Fairbanks has been named the player of the year in his age bracket for the Heart of Ohio Junior Golf Association.
Brackenridge scored 98 points during the 2019 season to top the 16-18 age division.
His low-scoring average of 75.4 entitled him to the low-scoring average rotating trophy.
Fairbanks’ Travis Brake earned 60 points for the season and was presented with the player of the year second runner-up award.
Brake was fourth in the 16-18 bracket in average score with an 81.8.
Alexander Crowe of Fairbanks was second in the 13-15 age bracket in points with 95.
He was also second in low-scoring average with an 80.2.
Crow finished with seven birdies for the season and earned a plaque.
Logan Bocsy of FHS earned an Eagle Club plaque in the 16-18 age division. He finished with one eagle during the season.
