JoJo Eberhart tallied 13 points Friday evening as the Marysville Lady Monarchs rolled past Olentangy Berlin, 35-22.
MHS clamped down a stiff defense the entire game.
Marysville led 16-2 after the opening period and 23-4 by halftime.
The Lady Monarchs expanded their upper hand to 29-12 by the conclusion of the third quarter.
Ava Krutowskis followed Eberhart with eight points.

Pioneers win
Jonathan Alder’s boys got back on the winning track with Friday’s 44-37 triumph over Springfield Shawnee.
The victory keeps the Pioneers unbeaten in Central Buckeye Conference action at 4-0. They are 7-2 overall.
The score was knotted at 11-all at the end of the opening period.
JA took a 26-22 edge at halftime and a 32-31 margin after three quarters.
The Braves managed only six points against Alder’s defense during the fourth set.
Peyton Heiss led the Pioneers with 16 points.
He was followed by Taber Headings-11, Joey Walker-eight, Carter Harrington-five, Grant Welsch-three and Reed VanKirk-one.
Alder will travel to North Union on Tuesday.

NU drops game
Indian Lake limited North Union’s boys to nine points during the fourth quarter on Friday.
In doing so, the Lakers handed the Wildcats only their second loss of the season, 51-50.
NU is 9-2 overall and 3-1 in the Central Buckeye Conference Mad River Division.
The Wildcats were tied at the top of the division with Urbana after the contest.
Indian Lake jumped out to a 20-14 spread in the first quarter.
NU rallied for a 30-27 halftime lead and took a 41-36 margin into the final stanza.
Aaron Krebehenne and Zach Vernon respectively led the Wildcats with 15 and 12 points.
They were followed by Owen Davis-eight, Max Parish-five, Miles Hall-four and Mason Bright and Nolan Draper-both with two.
NU will host Jonathan Alder on Tuesday.

Cardinals fall
Triad’s boys slipped to 4-7 overall and 2-6 in the Ohio Heritage Conference with Friday’s 65-59 setback at the hands of Cedarville.
The score was tied 18-18 by the end of the first period.
The Cardinals, however, managed just five points during the ensuing stanza and trailed 33-23 by halftime.
Cedarville held a 46-39 margin as the third period concluded.
Triad will play at Springfield Catholic Central on Tuesday.
Kane Bailey led the Cardinals with 18 points.
He was followed by Caleb Thomas-11, Ayden Spriggs-10, Carson Manely-nine, Ayden Sanford-nine and Cameron Thomas-two.

Jaguars triumph
The St. John’s boys hoopsters got back on the winning track on Friday.
The Jaguars edged the eighth-grade team from New Hope Christian Academy by a 32-30 count.
Lincoln Thrush’s basket with 20 seconds to play gave St. John’s the two-point edge, which was its only lead of the game.
Thrush led the Jaguars with 10 points.
Connor Boyd added a pair of trifectas for six markers.
Cody Gallmeyer scored five and Reid Phelps added two.
St. John’s was scheduled to travel to Tree of Life today.
