Fairbanks High School swimmers Matt Kehlbeck and Janie Clayton have competed in three meets so far this season.
They each have placed in the top three of events during all three meets.
The season began with the Kenton High School meet.
Kehlbeck was first in the 100 freestyle with a time of 56.21.
Clayton was the winner of the 50 freestyle (27.85) and 100 breastroke (1:16.78).
Kehlbeck was the runner-up in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.35.
Kehlbeck then won the 100 freestyle (56.02) during the Bellefontaine tri-meet.
He placed second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 24.98.
Clayton finished second in the 100 backstroke at 1:11.51 and was third in the 100 freestyle at 1:01.
The Champaign County meet saw Kehlbeck capture top honors in the 50 (25.22) and 100 (55.77) freestyles.
Clayton was the runner-up in the 50 (27.74) and 100 (1:03.26) freestyle events.
