Supremacy in Ohio Heritage Conference golf resides at Fairbanks High School for the 2018 season.
The FHS boys squad followed the Lady Panther linksmen on Wednesday by capturing the OHC North Division tournament at Windy Knoll.
That title came on the heels of the girls’ championship a few days earlier at the same location.
Fairbanks carded a 321 to win the crown.
The Panthers were followed by West Jefferson-364, Northeastern-368, Triad-371, Mechanicsburg-382 and West Liberty-418.
Alex Crowe led FHS with a 76, followed by Travis Brake-79, Justin Brackenridge-81, Logan Bocsy-85, Aidan Wilson-90 and Seth Payne-91.
Brake was named the player of the year for the North Division.
First-team honors went to Brackenridge and Crowe, while Bocsy and Payne were named to the second-team.
Wilson made the honorable mention list.
Triad was led by Jalen Nott-87, followed by Devin Butz-92, Cole Pond-94 and Payton Oyer-98.
Alder wins tourney
Jonathan Alder’s boys won the Central Buckeye Conference post-season tournament at Liberty Hills.
The Pioneers carded a 317 to capture top honors in the Kenton Trail Division.
They shot a school record for nine holes on the back nine with a 147.
They were followed by Bellefontaine-335, Tecumseh-358, London-360, Shawnee-366 and Kenton Ridge-370.
Hayden Mitchell of JA took medalist honors as he turned in a 75. He was followed on the Alder roster by Tyler Hilbert-77, Mychal McKelvey-78 and Liam Thompson-87.
Graham won the Mad River Division with a 329, followed by Benjamin Logan-370, Northwestern-372, North Union-374, Urbana-387 and Indian Lake-390.
Cody Rausch led NU with an 84, followed by Nick Reeder-90, Connor Cox-95, Grant Daum-105, Blain Keckler-114 and Riley Young-115.
