The event was held Tuesday at Lincoln Hills in Upper Sandusky.
There were 12 winners and runners-up of the season’s HOJGA tournament series who participated.
Crowe earned the honor to participate in the tournament as a result of his high finishes during the regular season.
He carded an 83 on Tuesday to tie with Elgin’s Isaac Dillon for fifth place.
Spencer Keller of Galion claimed the Best of the Best championship with a score of 39-35-74.
The annual tournament remembers the late Chad A. Wheeler of Upper Sandusky, who died suddenly in 1991.
Wheeler was the organization’s player of the year in 1990.
