The Lady Cardinals of Triad suffered another basketball loss.
The team dropped a 52-12 verdict at West Liberty-Salem.
The Lady Tigers got out of the gate quickly and took a 20-2 lead by the conclusion of the opening quarter.
Triad managed only a basket in the second period and fell behind 35-4 at halftime.
West Liberty-Salem invoked the running clock rule during the third stanza.
The Tigers elevated their advantage to 48-8 by the end of the period.
West Liberty tallied 27 of its points from beyond the three-point arc.
Abbey Overfield and Madi Cox each scored four points for Triad.
Overfield grabbed six rebounds.
Ashlyn McCoy led with eight rebounds.
The Lady Cardinals slipped to 1-14 overall and 0-10 in the Ohio Heritage Conference.
They will host Mechanicsburg today.
There will be no junior varsity game.
Tip-off time for the varsity contest will be at 5 p.m.
