North Union’s girls hoop squad won its second consecutive game with a 39-36 victory at Urbana on Monday.
The contest had been postponed from earlier in the season due to inclement weather.
The Lady Cats (who will turn around and host Urbana on Wednesday) evened their Central Buckeye Conference record at 4-4 and upped their overall mark to 5-14.
The first-quarter scored looked more like a softball game as NU led 5-4 after the initial eight minutes.
NU took a 17-13 lead at halftime.
Urbana tied the game at 27-all by the end of the third set.
Sydney Bacon and Jordyn Hoffman each tallied eight points for the Cats.
