Ohio High School Athletic Association volleyball coaches met Sunday to turn in their votes for post-season seeds.
Several local teams will open up their tournament schedules with home-court advantage.
The Monarchs of Marysville drew the 27th seed in the Whitehall 1 District against 30th seeded Hilliard Davidson.
The Lady Monarchs will host Davidson at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 14.
The Division II second-seeded Lady Pioneers of Jonathan Alder will open against Columbus Marion-Franklin, who is the 21st seeded team in the Pataskala 2 District. The Lady Pioneers will also play at home on Oct. 14 at 6 p.m.
Fairbanks drew the sixth seed in Division III.
The Lady Panthers will open their tournament in the Mount Vernon 1 District at home against 17th seeded Mount Gilead on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m.
The Lady Cats of North Union will have an opening-round bye as the seventh-seeded team in the Mount Vernon 2 District.
The Cats will play No. 17 Centerburg in the sectional finals at North Union High School on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 2:30 p.m.
Triad was seeded 22nd in the Southwest Division IV tournament.
The Lady Cardinals will open their post-season on the road at Troy High School against top-seeded Fort Loramie.
Match time is set for 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
