Marysville and Dublin swimmers dive into the water at the Marysville Municipal Pool on Wednesday. It was the beginning of the 18 and under butterfly event. The Marysville Stingrays split matches with Dublin Pacific.

The Marysville Stingrays swim teams opened the 2018 season on Wednesday with a split against Dublin Pacific.
The Marysville girls won, 1504-1449, and the boys fell 2692-2504.
Jason Moore was the high-point scorer for Marysville with 512 points. He was also the overall third-highest scorer.
The Stingrays achieved 32 individual or relay first-place finishes, 29 second places and 25 third-place finishes out of the 69 races.

-Addison Ross: (9)-25 Butterfly;
-Mallory Seman (11): 50 Freestyle;
-Eva Taracko (11): 50 Butterfly;
-Gabe Filbert (12): 100 IM and 50 Butterfly;
-Jason Moore (12): 50 Freestyle and 50 Backstroke;
-Janie Clayton (13): 50 Freestyle and 50 Breastroke;
-Molly Gregory (13): 100 IM;
-Emma Myers (14): 50 Backstroke;
-Sophia Taracko (14): 50 Butterfly;
-Morgan Grawe (15): 50 Freestyle and 50 Butterfly;
