Marysville High School’s swimmers competed during the recent Division I sectional meet at Upper Arlington.
A total of 39 out of 48 swims resulted in best times of the season for MHS athletes.
Due to COVID-19, the number of overall district qualifiers was cut in half.
“Add to that Division I being an incredibly fast division, we had only one district qualifier,” said Marysville coach Beth Seman. “We normally have about 12.”
Molly Gregory qualified for the district with a fifth-place sectional time of 1:11.77 in the 100 breastroke.
That is a personal record for her.
