Marysville’s girls track and field team tied for championship honors with Anna during the recent Wapakoneta Relays.
Both teams tallied 83 points to share the crown.
Defiance place third with 68 points, followed by Ottawa Glandorf-57, Lima Shawnee-51, Elida-51, New Haven-35 and Wapakoneta-33.
The Monarch boys placed third.
Anna won the boys meet with 87 points, followed by New Haven-80, MHS-58, Shawnee-57, Defiance-55, Elida-52, Ottawa Glandorf-46 and Wapakoneta-30.
Marysville won the following events:
-Girls long jump relay: Mary Calvert, Katie Miller, Haley Cook (45-6.25).
-Boys 4 x 110 shuttle hurdles: Jacob Ranker, Anthony Kessler, Blake Angel, Triston Mohler (1:02.54).
-Girls 4 x 800: Jenna Rioch, Jacquelyn Witt, Haley Cook, Rachel Chesbrough (10:14.57).
The Monarchs will compete in a dual meet at Olentangy on Wednesday.
