Marysville High School’s gymnastics squad upped its overall record to 7-1 and its Ohio Capital Conference mark at 3-0 with a quad meet win on Wednesday.
The Lady Monarchs tallied 130.25 points, followed by Central Crossing-118.95.
Westland scored 108.15 and Franklin Heights finished with 58.85.
MHS placed in the top five in the following events:
-Vault: Mary Calvert, first, 8.4; Brynn Rychlik, second, 8.25; Grace McKillen, third, 8.2; and Kaylene Baschnagel, fifth, 8.0.
-Bars: Calvert, first, 8.55; Katelyn Rabe, second, 8.1; McKillen, third, 8.0; and Jackie Rychlik and Brynn Rychlik, tied for fourth, 7.45.
-Balance beam: Calvert, first, 8.3; Grace Keller, second, 8.1; McKillen and Chloe Baschnagel, tied for fourth, 7.9; and Rabe, fifth, 7.8.
-Floor exercise: Calvert, first, 8.8; B. Rychlik, second, 8.3.
-All-Around: Calvert, first, 34.1; B. Rychlik, second, 31.15; and McKillen and J. Rychlik, tied for third, 30.9.
